As one of the original kings of Creole cooking, Paul Prudhomme still weaves his culinary magic at this upscale

(but not stuffy) French Quarter staple. Executive chef Paul Miller delivers Cajun fare with big flavors and honest

ingredients. The service is first class, and though the open kitchens on both floors of the circa-1830s townhouse

can be boisterous at times, the cooks put on a great show for diners that offers warmth and authenticity. Chef

Prudhomme is known for putting the down-home into Creole cooking. His restaurant offers that same homey feel

with bold authenticity.
