Criteria of a Home Manager Credibility: The Home Manager has to be trustworthy and must undergo a
police check.
Regularity: The Home Manager is punctual and demonstrate regular attendance on the job. In the event of sickness or holiday, the organization shall send a replacement.
Cleanliness and Hygiene: The Home Manager has to be in good health and without any communicable disease. She should also exhibit superior personal hygiene and undergo a health check.
Basic Communication and Etiquette: The Home Manager is trained to properly communicate with customers, guests and vendors.
Quality of Work, Operational Skills and Efficiency: The Home Manager is trained to operate household appliances, to perform basic housekeeping skills and cook basic dishes. Moreover, specific specializations for child care, old age care and patient care shall be offered by the organization as well. These trainings would improve the overall quality of work and the execution of basic functions.

our Existing Coordinators.
Role of Franchisee Manager
She will be the relationship manager between the client and the Home Manager and will be in charge of 40-50 Home Managers.
She needs to upgrade on the skills of the Home Manager as per the feedback of the client as and when required.
She will have to look into the day to day work responsibility of the Home Manager as well as the replacements
