REGISTRATION

Urology OPD registration is open only for cases referred by another doctor.

New patients • Report to the ground floor registration counter between 1-3 PM with referral

letters and obtain an OPD card. • Proceed to the 5th floor Urology OPD and deposit the card in the room

number assigned on the card.Old patients

• Go to the 5th floor Urology OPD registration desk between 1-3 PM for date-stamping and deposit the card in the assigned room.

Patients must follow-up in the same room as originally assigned.

All patients are discussed with a consultant prior to admission and whenever it is felt necessary by the treating doctor.

Urology Minor OT:• Monday to Saturday; Urology OPD Block, 5th Floor, Room No. 12• 9 AM-2 PM, Registration between 9-11 AM directly at the Minor OT counter• Take appointment from the doctor/ minor OT/ Room 5055 during OPD time• After taking appointment, go to RAK exit counter to collect appointment slip

Urodynamics and Uroflowmetry:

• Monday to Saturday; Urology OPD Block, 5th Floor, Room No. 12• 9AM-2 PM, Registration between 9-11 AM directly at the Minor OT counter• Take appointment from the doctor/ minor OT/ Room 5055 during OPD time• After taking appointment, go to RAK exit counter to collect appointment slip

SWL (Lithotripsy):

• Monday to Saturday; Main OPD, Ground Floor, Room No. 62• 9 AM to 4 PM• Appointments are given in SWL room• After taking appointment, go to RAK exit counter to collect appointment slip.

(This clinic registers upto 15 new patients. After 15 new registrations, patients are allotted one of the general Urology OPD rooms for initial work-up and then referred to the clinic)
