CURRENT STATUS
- CWR became effective on August 28, 2015.
- “Stayed” nationwide by 6th Circuit Court on October 9, 2015.
CURRENT IMPACT
- Tulsa District Regulatory Staff will not implement the CWR at this time.
- We will use previously approved regulations and guidance in making jurisdictional decisions.
- Tulsa District has a very good relationship with the State, Tribal, Federal Agencies, and y g p gthe Public. Rules may change – relationships will not.
