ABOUT VALENCIA
Located approximately two miles from Heritage Key, Valencia is an accredited community college in Central Florida offering 42 university pre-majors and 33 Associate of Science Degree programs on 4 different campuses. Easy access by public transportation, via sidewalks and signaled crosswalks. The approximate cost for the minimum required number of hours to be considered a full-time student: $3526 per semester plus books, technology fees, application fee, etc.
Valencia CC is part of the University of Central Florida system and any course credits taken will transfer to UCF.

Heritage Key Villas has spacious 3 bedroom town homes. Students would be housed 1 to a room in the regular bedrooms with a bathroom off the hallway; and 2 to the master bedroom with private bath. Each bedroom would have a deadbolt lock for security. There would be a total of 4 to an approximately 1,400 square foot town home with complete kitchen and other living facilities. The community has a pool and club house for social activities. In addition, on site we would have units for parents and grandparents to rent when visiting.
A housing couple would be assigned to live on site. They would be available for orientation to the area and the USA etc. Included in our program would be at least once a week activities to help the students learn about the area.Educational expenses, food and living expenses would be additional. There is an authentic Chinese restaurant within walking distance of Heritage Key Villas, McDonald’s is located right at the entrance drive and Burger King and Kentucky Fried Chicken are within ½ a mile. Shopping trips for groceries will be scheduled.
Cost would be $1,000 per month for room, utilities, cable and web access. The units are fully furnished including all linens and kitchenware.
