STATEMENT OF PRACTICAL TREATMENT If swallowed: Call a physician or Poison Control Center. Drink' or 2 glasses of water and induce vomiting by touching back of throat with finger. Do not induce vc.miting or give anything by mouth to an unconscious person. If in eyes, flush with plenty of water and seek medical attention. If on skin, immediately remove contaminated clothing and flush skin with plenty of water. NOTE TO PHYSICIAN: Thiodan is a central nervous system stimulant. Treat symptomatically. There is no specific antidote.

ENVIRONMENTAL HAZARDS

This product is toxic to fish, birds and wildlife. Keep out of lakes, ponds or str(ams. Do not apply where runoff is likely to occur. Birds feeding on treated area may be killed. Do not apply where weather conditions favor drift from areas treated. Do not contamir,ate water by cleaning of equipment or disposal of wastes. Do not apply or allow drift to areas occupied by unprotected humans or uenefic;al animals. Do not allow spray to drift onto neighboring gardens or use in a manner or at a time other than in accordance with directions, because plant injury, excessive residues or other undesireable results may occur.

This product is highly toxic to bees exposed to direct treatment cr residues on crops. p.otective information may be obtained from your Cooperative Agricultural Extension Service.

USE DIRECTIONS

Use 2 tablespoons Thiodan Insect Spray per gallon of water. Apply spray when insects first appear and repeat as necessary to maintain effective control. Coverage of both surfaces of leaves is essential for good control. Observe use limitations and warnings. Observe days interval between last spraying and harvest as indicated by number shown in parenthesis following each crop.

PRECAUTIONARY STATEMENTS HAZARD TO HUMANS AND DOMESTIC ANIMALS

WARNING May be fatal if swallowed, inhaled or absorbed through the skin. Do not breathe spray mist. Do not get in eyes;on skin, or on clothing. Wash thoroughly with ~oap and water after handling and before eating or smoking. Wear clean clothing.

STATEMENT OF PRACTICAL TREATMENT If swallowed: Call a physician or Poison Control Center. Drink 1 or 2 glasses of water and induce vomiting by touching back of throat with finger. Do not induce vomiting or give anything by moudl to an unconscious person. If in eyes, flush with plenty of water and seek medical attention. If on skin, immediately remove contaminated clothing and flush skin with plenty of water. NOTE TO PHYSICIAN: Thiodan is a central nervous system stimulant. Treat symptomatically. There is no specific antidote.

ENVIRONMENTAL HAZARDS

This product is toxic to fish, birds and wildlife. Keep out of lakes, ponds or streams. Do not apply where runoff is likely to occur. Birds feeding on treated area may be killed. Do not apply whc~e weath(;r conditions favor drift from areas treated. Do not contaminate water by cleaning of equipment or disposal of wastes. Do not apply or allow drif~ to areas occupied by unprotected humans or beneficial animals. Do not allow spray to drift onto neighboring gardens or use in a manner or at a time other than in accordance with directions, because plant injury, excessive residues or other undesire;;ble results may occur.

1. Use 2 tablespoons Thiodan Insect Spray per gallon of water. 2. Apply spray when insects first appear and repeat as necessary to maintain effective control.
