The new brand name "Telone C-35" is acceptable and has been included in the files for this product.

There are Confidential Statement of Formula (CSF) in our files for tpjs.product dated March 29, 1996, May 27, 1996 and August 5, 1996 that are not acceptable since the label and these CSFs have active ingredient declarations which do not agree. The CSP's declared 35% 1,3-dichloropropene and 75 % chloropicrin but the label declares 61.1% } ,3-dichloropropene and 35% chloropicrin. Submit an updated correcte:d CSF for this product. -
