1. On 12Janl9, Reporting Agent (RA) was conducting an additional review of the cellular phone belongin to S/ GALLAGHER that was seized from his person on 20Junl8 . The review of the phone was being done in preparation for future investigative steps. The original cell phone review was completed by Participating Analyst and documented under the report "Review of Cell Phone Belonging co S/GALLAGHER" dated 03Aug18 .

2. The additional review of the cell phone data showed a conversation not previously documented in the initial review which indicated attempts by S/GALLAGHER to obstruct ·ustice . The conversation is between S/GALLAGHER and phone numbe · under contact name 'US Navy records indicate this is the personal phone number of b USN, Naval Special Warfare Group One.
