8) Equipment rental

All equipment and materials are common property of our department.

If the fault occurs after rental, it is recognized as the student’s fault. Be car

eful when using the product.

-Please inquire whether it is eligible to rent by item (Judging discretion of teac

hing assistant)

- Limit on simultaneous rental of up to 2 items per person

- confirmwhether there is any abnormality of equipment and sign the letter

- Direct person to rent (giving product face toface)

12) Disaster evacuation drill

▶Earthquake

1) If you detect an earthquake,open thenearestdoor.

- There is a possibility that the door is not opened because of twisted.

- The person who opened the first door notify the evacuation route.

2) Protect your head anything.

-In the case of underground facilities, keeps in place until the vibration is stopp

ed by wrapping thehead.

-In the case of underground facilities, the evacuation may be delayed due to

crowded people in the event of an earthquake.

-In the case of the relatively high-rise floors 3 and 4, it is difficult to evacuate

the building due to the damage of the building.

3) Evacuatequickly out to where thedoor is open.

- Running in a crouch as possible.

- Escape from thewindow.

4) Evacuate from the building and move to a open space.

- Stand by to prepare for damage caused by additional aftershocks.
