Spin & Smash Spring Open USATT Sanctioned 2-Star Table Tennis Tournament with $2,400 in Cash Prizes! Friday, May 29 - Sunday, May 31, 2020 Venue - Spin & Smash Table Tennis & Ping Pong Club, 2192 N. Wilson Rd. Columbus, OH 43228 Staff - Dave Fullen, Blake Co�rell, Jay Nelson, Gloria Price. Blake Co�rell, CR/CU is the Cer�fied Referee Professional facility - 22’ ceiling, Enlio rubber floor, white Bu�erfly A40+ balls, blue Bu�erfly Europa tables, lounge, breakroom, lockers Format - Round robin events with approximately 4 players per group with 2 advancing from each group to single elimina�on (SE). Giant RR advances 4 to SE. All matches best 3 out of 5, except for Open finals, which will be 4 out of 7. *In Draw doubles we take the top half the players into one pool and the bo�om half into the second pool and do a blind draw to form the teams. Rules - All USATT regula�ons apply; only USATT approved equipment; USATT dress code will be enforced - no white clothing. Players cannot enter 2 events with the same star�ng �me. Payments - Withdrawals through Monday, May 25 will receive a refund. No refunds a�er May 25. All payments must be received by midnight May 25. Late entries may be accepted un�l May 28 with a $5 late fee based on availability. No phone entries. All entries must be paid prior to par�cipa�on. Food/Hotel - The playing venue is near several fast food and other restaurants; Courtyard by Marrio� Columbus West (614) 771-8999. Ra�ngs - Ra�ngs from May 14 will be used for eligibility. Updated ra�ngs will be used for seeding. Tournament staff may modify, combine, cancel events and limit total entrants. Unrated players may enter any event but cannot advance from rated events; they can advance from the Open and the Open Doubles RR and receive prizes.
