introduction” rather than sending an email. Prospects appreciate the personal touch You won’t get lost in spam You’ll stand apart from the competition

and reach out and call 5-10 people per week. Even if you cannot make contact, a well crafted

voice mail message can create/continue your relationship

individuals, not unlike sitting down and having a beer. The difference:

No eye contact No body language No visual cues No beer

head)

Prepare what you want to communicate

Position a mirror by the phone

Smile

Pay attention to tone, manner & inflection

Tape record your end of the conversation. (Play it back. How do you sound?)
