Full Rules & Regulations – CASE Credit Union VISA Credit and VISA Debit SWIPE Campaign SPONSOR: CASE Credit Union, 4316 S, Pennsylvania Ave, Lansing, MI 48910 ELIGIBILITY: The sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia, 18 years of age and older as of November 4, 2019. There is no limit on number of entries per eligible member during the entry period. Employees, directors and officers, of CASE Credit Union are not eligible to enter. The drawing is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. TIMING/DESCRIPTION OF PRIZES: The Sweepstakes begins at 12:01:00 AM EST on November 4, 2019 through 11:59:59 PM EST on December 31, 2019 (Promotion Period). Two (2) prizes of $500 each will be awarded in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the Promotional Period. All federal, state, and local taxes, and any other costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use of the prize are the sole responsibility of each winner. Prizes may not be transferred. One prize per person. TO ENTER: Automatic Entry: Entry for these drawings automatically occurs every time a member of CASE Credit Union makes a PIN or signature-based purchase processed through CASE Credit Union during the Promotion Period with a VISA Debit card or VISA Credit card issued by CASE Credit Union. In the event of a dispute as to who submitted a particular cardholder entry, such entry will be deemed to be submitted by the primary person in whose name the card used to enter the Sweepstakes was issued. DETERMINATION OF WINNER: Two potential winners will be selected (November 2019 and December 2019) in a random drawing from November 4, 2019 through December 31, 2019. The random drawings will be conducted by CASE Credit Union. All decisions are final and binding on matters relating to this Sweepstakes. CASE Credit Union will notify the two winners on or about December 16, 2019 and January 16, 2020 respectively. Sponsors inability to contact a potential winner within a reasonable time period; or if prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable will result in such potential winners disqualification and, the prize may be awarded to a potential alternate winner. Limit one (1) prize per person. ODDS: The actual odds of winning one of the two are dependent upon the total number of eligible entries received. CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION: By entering, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules, including all eligibility requirements and release, discharge, indemnify, and hold harmless CASE Credit Union, and their respective officers, directors, and employees, from any liability, claims, or damages arising out of their participation in the sweepstakes drawing. By accepting a prize, winner consents to the use of his/her name, photograph or likeness for advertising and promotional services without compensation. The name (and photograph, as applicable) of the prize winner may be posted in all branch locations and included in other informational resources and advertisements such as the banks website, digital signage, social media, etc. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: CASE Credit Union is not responsible for printing or typographical errors in any related materials. CASE Credit Union reserves the right to cancel or modify the drawing if fraud or technical failures compromise the integrity of the drawing as determined by CASE Credit Union in its sole discretion. This drawing is governed by laws of the United States with venue in Michigan, for the resolution of all claims and disputes.
