We have: Information from WGA about paintings:

Author, place and year of birth, death, title, date, technique, location, form, type, school, timeline and a description!

About 20.000 paintings are categorized

We want: Tags and information that is not obvious

Make tags changeable in the 3D environment

If tags are added, also add them in Flickr

Combine with other semantic databases (freebase, etc.)

What else have we done

Working on publications! We published about book-chapter „Museums on the Web:

Interaction with Visitors“ for a handbook called„Handbook of Research on Technologies and Cultural Heritage: Applications and Environments“

We will present our PhD-Progress at the ICWE 2010 Doctoral Consortium

Working on paper for the DIMEA 2010(Digital Interactive Media Entertainment and Arts) in Taiwan
