Tips: Before Apply Mask

1. Clean your face and neck with fresh water. Wipe off all cosmetics, creams and lotions

2. Use a non-abrasive, non-aggressive soap if necessary. When finished, pat your skin dry

3. Be aware that some people can be

allergic to the most natural ingredients on earth

4. Misusing some natural ingredients

can have an opposite or harmful effect

5. Be aware with the ingredients and

how much you use in your homemade masks. And if you're not sure about the whole mask or a specific ingredient, do a patch test on a small part of skin e.g. behind your ear and wait 20 minutes to see how your body reacts

Tips: After Apply Mask

1. Wash it off with warm water after

removing the mask. It helps close your pores

2. Pat your skin dry with a clean

towel 3. Apply a moisturizer

*In case you do not use up the mixture, keep it in your refrigerator for next time. (Maximum for 3 days)

Dark-Spots-Killing Lemon Yogurt Mask    WHAT you need:

4 tsp. Lemon Juice (freshly squeezed)

3 tsp. Plain Yogurt

2 tsp. Honey

1 Egg white

HOW to make it:

1. Separate the egg white and egg yolk

2. Mix together the yogurt and egg white in

a large bowl

3. Add in lemon juice and honey

4. Stir the mixture until a thick texture is

formed

   WHEN to clean up:

After 15 minutes

WHY it is good for you: This mask fades the marks that acne leaves

behind, while the egg white protein boosts

your skin's natural defenses against future

wear and tear.

WHERE could go wrong: The mixture cannot be laid aside for more

than 5 minutes, or else the yogurt will lose

its fine texture.

Stress- Relieving Oatmeal Honey Mask WHAT you need:

3 tsp. Honey

2 tsp. plain Oatmeal

2 tsp. Lemon Juice (optional)

HOW to make it:

1. Make the oatmeal smaller by using

spoon

2. Add honey (and lemon juice) into the

grinded oatmeal

3. Mix everything with a spoon

WHEN to clean up:

After 15 minutes

Why it’s good for you:

This mask moisturizes, cleanses, and

exfoliates your skin, leaving with a super

soft and glowing skin.

WHERE could go wrong:

Overuse of lemon juice may cause

stimulation to skin. If the mask is too

WATERY, add more oatmeal; if it is too

DRY, add more honey.

Energy-Boost Aloe Vera, Honey & Lemon Mask WHAT you need:

2 tsp. Aloe Vera Gel 2 tsp. Honey 2 slices of Cucumber (optional) 1 tsp. Lemon Juice

HOW to make it:

1. Peel off the translucent aloe vera gel from the leaves

2. Cut it into cubes into a bowl 3. Chop the gel pulp with a spoon/knife 4. Add lemon juice and honey 5. Mix it

(NOTE: Soak the cotton pad if you would like to treat the T-zone specifically. Pop two slices of cucumber on the eyelids if you would also like to moisturize your eye areas.)

WHY it’s good for you:

This mask hydrates and allows new skin

cell growth. Aloe vera gel encourages the

blood flow, helps fighting acne and wound

healing. Honey purifies clogged pores and

prevents excess oil. Lemon improves the

appearance of the skin and good for dark

spot reduction. You will feel revitalized and

refreshed!

WHERE could go wrong:

Overuse of lemon juice may have acid

burns as it contains citric acid. Use Aloe

vera at night as it absorbs sunlight.

Rosy-Cheek  Apple Strawberries Mask WHAT you need:

1/2 Apple

2 Strawberries

3 tsp. Milk

HOW to make it:

1. Peel off and chop the apple in pieces

2. Cut the strawberry into granule

3. Add milk

4. Put all the ingredients in a blender

(or mix it with a spoon)

5. Blend it into a nice smooth paste

(NOTE: Add more strawberries if you

would like a dark pink color of your

mask. Add more milk if you would also

like to feel as smoother.)

WHEN to clean up:

After 20 minutes

WHY it’s good for you: This mask moisturizes and tightens your

pores. Apple contains collagen and elastin,

which makes skin healthy and protect your

skin from UV rays, which destroy the skin.

It lightens your skin color a bit. Make your

skin feel as soft and smooth as ever and

encourages skin recovery. Strawberry

contains vitamin and salicylic acid; help

your skin reduce swelling and redness.

WHERE could go wrong: Do not apply this mask over 30 minutes.

Apple contains elastin, which may bring

the negative effect.
