GET STARTED
Check out our Credit Policy Overview, Servicing calculator and other documents to determine if your scenario fits with Wisr.
If so, please press Start Application to obtain a free Rate Estimate.
If the Rate Estimate provided is satisfactory to your client, click through and complete & submit a loan application.

1. Adjust the Loan amount as needed
2. Input the desired Broker Fee you wish to include in the Amount of Credit
3. Select the term your client prefers and click CONTINUE…
These Rate Estimate details are saved and available under the My Applications tab.

Success! You have a Rate Estimate for your client based on a “soft”, Access Seeker, enquiry with a credit bureau.
1. Adjust the Loan amount as needed
2. Input the desired Broker Fee you wish to include in the Amount of Credit
3. Use the Slide to reduce your client’s Interest Rate as needed, noting the commission also reduces
4. Select the term your client prefers and click CONTINUE…
These Rate Estimate details are saved and available under the My Applications tab.

IMPORTANT
If your client has an Equifax comprehensive score below our cutoff levels, we will not be able to assist them with a Wisr loan.

FOR YOUR SMART PART
There will be times when you do not get the outcome you hoped for. The client data you have may not match the credit bureau database or “gremlins” simply get in the way and a Rate Estimate cannot be provided.
The error message should tell the story however do contact your BDM to discuss Plan B.
IMPORTANT
Applications with digital bank statements are assessed fastest. Also, do not forget to provide detailed “Loan Objectives and Requirements” plus any other file notes to assist assessment in the box provided. More is better.

COMPLETE THE APPLICATIONNow you have a Rate Estimate, get cracking, complete and submit your client’s application.
The form begins by you selecting how you wish to distribute loan contracts and how you wish to provide bank statements to us.

VIEW OR RESUME YOUR APPLICATIONSTo see details about your Incomplete applications, including the Rate Estimate received, press the VIEW button.
To resume a partially completed application, press RESUME.
Details of loans Submitted, Approved, Settled and Declined can be found under the other headings.

IMPORTANT
If you are submitting a Joint application and this is the first leg, press Submit Anyway. You will be given an option to complete another form with the partner’s details.

CHECK SERVICING
FOR YOUR SMART PART
You have completed the application. Nice job! Now, if you press the “Submit” button and the application does not meet our servicing hurdles, you see this screen and have the opportunity to Review Application and check the data entered.
A link to our Servicing Calculator is provided in case you need to check your client has capacity.
You are able to Submit Anyway and the servicing can be discussed with our Broker Support team post submission.
IMPORTANT
If the first applicant has very low servicing capacity, you may be shown a Decline message after submission. This message will have a button to press and complete the second leg.

JOINT APPLICATIONS
FOR YOUR SMART PART
Wisr welcomes Joint applications. We set the interest rate based on the stronger credit score of the two applicants. We suggest complete a Rate Estimate for each person to start.
To make a Joint Application complete the first applicant’s details and Submit.
Then use the button shown on the Completed Application page (see left) where you can select Add Joint Applicant to this application. Complete the application details for Applicant #2 and Submit.
IMPORTANT
Applications with digital bank statements are assessed fastest. Also, do not forget to provide detailed “Loan Objectives and Requirements” plus any other file notes to assist assessment in the box provided. More is better.

UPLOADING DOCUMENTS
Once you have submitted your client’s application you will be presented a button on the Complete Application page that has a button that allows you to Upload Documents.
This is the preferred method of providing documents, though email to [email protected] can also be used.
If you have additional documents to upload at a later time….see next slide.

If you have already submitted an application and now need to either upload more supporting documents or need to add a partner’s application to make a Joint loan, simply choose the loan from your Submitted Apps log and use the Update Button.

Applicants applying alone who are Married or De Facto and have had their application declined due to servicing will be shown a button allowing a joint application to be made with an income-earning partner. Selecting ‘ADD A JOINT APPLICANT’ will begin the second leg of the joint application.
