USER MANNUAL UPSRLM SOCIAL MEDIA ACTIVITY STATUS
Step 1: Enter http://www.upsrlmactivity.com in your browser (chrome, internet explorer,Mozilla,firefox
etc )tab.
Step 2 : Now, user needs to Login with the provided credentials of Block by clicking the Login Button
provided at upper right corner of the screen.
Step 3: Enter your given credentials in the pop-up window.
Step 4: Block Dashboard would appear, where user needs to click on “UPSRLM: - Activities “tab.
Step 5: Now, User needs to select the respective theme from available drop down based on which
relevant activity list would get displayed in subsequent drop down.
Step 6: Now user needs to select the date along with Media Source.
Step 7: After selecting desired Media Source from drop down from the drop down , user is now
requested to give the relevant URL(Web Link) of the post of which he/she has uploaded the content.
Note:
➢ Kindly give proper description of the post while giving theweb-link.
➢ Same process is for other remaining two media source.
Step 8: Click on Save Button. Reflection of entry would be available instantly on the dashboard
against the district name.
Update Link & Share Module:
Step 1: User needs to Log-In with Block/District or State credentials. Step 2: In the Dashboard section, Kindly click on
Step 3 : Select desired theme , activity & Media Source for which u want to update the parameter of like count ,dislike count , share count etc .
Step 4: Upon clicking the relevant parameters, user would be shown the desired result based on selection criteria, now to update/enter the parameters of like count, dislike count, share count etc.,click on “ update “Link action tab.
Step 5 : Upon Clicking on Update Link, relevant parameter would get displayed based on Facebook ,youtube & twitter for which user needs to enter the figures whose reflection would automatically be reflected in main dashboard.
Step 6: Click on Update Button. Step 7: Desired result woud get displayed as :
DIGITAL DIARY OF DAILY WORK DONE BY DISTRICT/BLOCK
Step 1: User needs to Log-In with District Credentials provided earlier.
Step 2: Click on “daily associated work “tab.
Step 3: Now Save the daily associated work/activity in below web form.
3(a): Select Required Theme; Then Select Corresponding Activity. (b): User is then required to write a short synopsis of his work detail. (c): If relevant image & pdf is available pertaining to the work, concerned is required to upload the same.
Note: If an individual is on Leave; He / She would have to upload his leave status by selecting his relevant theme and then marking “ON LEAVE” in activity section.
Dashboard for monitoring the status of each theme:
Similarly Block Professionals need to follow the same process.
Manual for Monthly SHG Meeting Monitoring
Step 1: Block User needs to Log-in with its given credentials, & needs to Select “Monthly SHG Meeting Status” TAB on the left hand side of screen panel.
Step 2: User would be directed to below screen area , where Financial Year would be highlighted, corresponding to which user needs to select required month and needs to enter Total Number of SHG as per G1 report of National MIS , SHG Meeting required for the given month and Actual Meeting Count for that month. SHG Meeting GAP would come automatically in the given text box of SHG Meeting GAP.
Step 3: District Level User can examine & monitor the overall consolidated progress of all Block Level SHG monthly meeting status.
Step 4: Upon Clicking any above link, user would be directed to below screen area where each block SHG meeting status would be reflected along with the GAP.
Monthly SHG Turnover Tracker Module
Step 1 : Block User needs to Login with his/her given credentials.
Step 2 : Click on Below highlighted hyper link of “Monthly SHG
Turnover Tracker” provided on left hand side of the screen.
Step 3: Kindly select relevant Month,Gram Panchayat,Village,SHG Name for which details
has to be feeded.
Step 4 :
Step 5 : User can update the mobile number field along with Activity & Sub-Activity of the selected
member, user is also expected to enter correct unit of production ,eg .
Kilo Grams,Litres,Grams,Quintals, Tons, Milli-Litres etc.
“Training Required” Column has to be specified as either “YES”
or “NO”.
a) if Yes , then user needs to specify the “ Training Centre “
b) if No, then user wont be prompted for specifying any
“Training Centre “.
Last Column is “Average Annual Turnover” , it should be
specified in correct figures.
