FOR
CITIZEN (STEPS FOR AVAILAING THE SERVICES OF PUBLIC HEALTH
ENGIERING DEARTMENT THROUGH SARAL PORTAL)
Access the website http://saralharyana.gov.in/
The following screen will appear:-
For Registration, Citizen will click on Sign-up link.
The following screen will appear:-
Fill up the required information in the screen
Enter the Email ID and Password and Security Question etc.
Click on Submit Button.
The following Screen will appear:-
An Activation Link & Code will be sent to your email ID.
Access the email ID and click on email received through [email protected] having subject
“Verification Link”
Note down the Verification Code and click on Verify Link as mentioned in the email .
The following Screen will appear:-
Enter Verification Code and click on “Submit” button
The following screen will appear containing the information “ You have been successfully Registered”
Again access the Saral Portal. The following screen will appear:-
Enter User Name and Password and type image text as appearing. Click on “Submit” Button.
The following Screen will appear:-
Click on “Apply for Service” tab as appearing left side pane. Then Click on “View Service” link.
The following screen will appear:-
Type “PHED” in “Search” text box for searching the services provided by Public Health Engineering
Department.
The following screen will appear which will show the services pertains to PHED only:-
First Service (located at Sr. No.1) relates to Apply New Water/Sewer Connection in PHED.
Second Service (located at Sr. No.2 ) relates to lodge grievance related to PHED services at Shikayat
Nivaran Kendra of PHED.
For applying New Water/Sewer Connection, Click on First Service (located at Sr. No.1)/
The following screen will appear:-
Here, select area type (e.g. Rural or Urban), Type of connection (e.g. Water, Sewer or both )
Please note that if you select Area Type “Rural” , then, you can apply for service in villages as appearing
in the following screen:-
If you select Area type as “Urban” ,then, you can apply connection in towns (wherein service is being
provided by PHED) for Water or Sewer or Both (Water/Sewerage) as appearing the following screen:-
Note:- If you are already having the connection in same premises, then, click on “Yes” in front of “Detail
of previously held connection….”. In such case, System will ask to enter the Consumer ID of previous
connection as appearing in the following screen :-
Enter the other required information like Name of Applicant, Mobile no. , Category of connection ,
Aadhar No. etc.
Select the Name of the PHED Licensed Plumber, out of list of available Plumber. List will show the names
of Plumber as entered by concerned office. Contact the selected Plumber for taking Plumber’s Report.
In case, name of any Plumber is not available, then, the applicant will upload self- certified Site-Report
instead of Plumber’s Report.
Select the Sub Division of concerned office ( system will display the concerned Sub Division office Name
automatically by which service is to be given) for selected area.
Type image text ( as appearing ) in “ Word Verification” Box as appearing in the following screen:-
Click on “Submit” button.
The following screen will appear:-
An online Application reference No. will be generated as appearing above.
Here , you can print the such application detail. Now, you have to upload the required documents as ID
Proof, Ownership Proof, Plumber Report etc.
For this purpose, Click on “Attach Annexure” button on the following screen:-
The following screen will appear:-
To upload the required document, Select “ Enclosure Documents” and enter other detail (e.g. Issue by,
Issue Date, which is not mandatory ). Then , click on “Choose File” button and select the path where
document is available . Choose File one by one.
(Note:-It should be remember that File size not greater than 1MB)
Then Click on “Save Annexure” button.
The following screen will appear:-
Here you can Check the detail as entered by you and you may take Print as appearing in the following
screen .
If information is correct, then, click on “Submit” button.
The following screen will appear containing the information of Saral ID, Receipt Date and other detail
(entered by Citrizen).
You can track the Application.
For this purpose, Click on “View Status of Application” tab, then, click on “Track Application Status” link
as appearing in left side pane of the following screen:-
The following screen will appear:-
You can Select “Date Range” on which date you have applied the connection for quickly find out the
particular application. Then, Click on “Get Data” button.
The following screen will appear:-
Here, you can view the current Status of application.
Here, System will show the following Status:-
1- Initiated – It means, your application is under process.
2- Rejected- It means, your application has been rejected due to some reasons.
3- Delivered- It means, your connection has been sanctioned.
( Note:- SMS will also be sent to your Mobile No. time to time.)
A SMS will be sent on Citizen’s Mobile ( containing the PHED Application No.) for making Payment, if
application found in order.
Then, Citizen will access the Service Portal of PHED i.e. https://services.phedharyana.gov.in/
The following screen will appear:-
Click on “Quick Payment” link as shown below Consumer Services text.
The following screen will appear:-
Enter the PHED Application No. (received on Citizen’s Mobile). Then Click on “Show Detail” button.
After that detail of Application will appear on the screen as mentioned above.
Then, click on “Confirm” button, if information is correct.
The following screen will appear:-
Here, you will see the amount which is required to be deposited. Please give answer the question as
appearing above. Then, click on “Pay Now” button.
The following screen showing the e-Challan (page of e-Gras portal of Treasury Department) will
appear. This page is containing the information of payment required to be deposited.
Click on “Continue” button appearing at bottom of the screen.
The following screen of PayU will appear:-
Here, Citizen will select mode of Payment (by which he wants to make payment) such as Credit/Debit
Card or Net Banking.
The following screen will appear containing the information of associated Bank (in case of selecting
the Net Banking option) :-
Select the particular Bank Name. Then, enter the email ID * Mobile No.
Click on “Pay” button.
The following screen will appear:-
Enter the User Name and Password (as provided by concerned Bank)
Then, Click on “Login” button.
The following screen will appear:-
Click on “Confirm” button.
The following screen will appear:-
Then, Click again on “Confirm” button.
The following screen will appear:-
Enter the High Security Password (Citizen will receive on his Mobile No.)
Then, click on “Confirm” button.
The following screen will appear :-
The above screen will display the “Transaction Successful” Message.
The system will automatically go to Service portal of PHED from where Citizen can take print of
Receipt of payment made by him .
Click on “Print” button for taking printout of Receipt.
The following Online “Sanction Letter” will appear on the screen
