To Make Receipt Entries :

1) Enter Project, Supply Source, Unit,Batch,Boiler GroupNumber,Pckg No, Total Package and Sub Package and click on Fetch Button. If there is no Boiler Group Kindly enter NA in the Boiler Group.

2) As soon as we click fetch it fetches description, drawing Number and designed Quantity.

3) First make receipt entries for 0th Package and it will automatically fill the details for sub packages like LRNUmber,Truck Number, Date of Receipt, Location etc.Mail will go to Concerned user in case of 0th Package Receipt to intimate that package has been received at site

To Make Issue Entries :

1) Enter Project, Supply Source, Unit,Batch,Boiler GroupNumber,Pckg No, Total Package and Sub Package and click on Fetch Button. If there is no Boiler Group Kindly enter NA in the Boiler Group.

2) As soon as we click fetch it fetches description, drawing Number, designed Quantity, Received Quantity and Balance Quantity.

3) Enter the Quantity to be issued, date of issue and name of the agency being issued to. Also enter List number that is being generated for that particular date.

To Generate Gatepass :

Enter the Date of Issue and List Number for which you want to generate gate pass and click on generate and take a print

To Make Erection Entries:

Select the Area for which you want to make the erection entries.

1) Enter Project, Supply Source, Unit, Batch,Boiler GroupNumber,Running Bill No,Month,Year and Drawing Number and click on Fetch Button. If there is no Boiler Group Kindly enter NA in the Boiler Group and click on Fetch.

2) As soon as we click fetch it fetches description, designed Quantity, Claimed Quantity in erection alignment and Completion till Now. Enter the Quantity you want to claim now in erection,alignment or completion

3) If a single drawing exists in different packages with same description then it will ask for the Package Number for which you want to make entry. Enter the Package Number and then Fetch. Finally upload it.

To Generate Bill:

1) Before Generating Bill please ensure that all erection entries are done against this RABilll Number.You can’t claim against this RABill once bill is generated.Enter Project, Unit, Agency,Boiler,Running Bill No, Area and Billing date

2) As soon as we select the Area the system automatically calculates weights erected, aligned and Completed till Now and displays the amount to be paid. To select the milestones completed kindly check the checkboxes.

3) Once it is paid for a particular milestone achievement it will not appear next time in the bill to check that repayment is not made to agency

Bill Summary:

1) Please click on RABill Number to see a particular RA Bill.If you want to see upto a particular RA Bill kindly enter RA Bill Number and select area and click execute and you will get the desired result.

2) On clicking RA Bill Number you will get the detailed Bill Summary shown as below.
