TALLY FOR CLINIC

This is tally for clinic gateway . in this screen you can see various options like master(this option

contains two sub options like doctor,patient. These options are used for creation of new doctor or

patient) ,search(this option contain one sub options “search ” this option is used for searching patients ),

transaction(this option contains three sub options “medicine”,”despatch”,”direct sales”), reports(this

option is used for generation of daily collection reports ,new patients reports etc. ).

Master

Masters (Doctors)

In this screen(doctor slab creation/alteration) you can create doctors with their date of joining and date

of leaving.

Like we have created two doctors “arun” and “nikita”.

Masters(patient)

In this patient master screen you can create ,display or alter any patient id.

Patient creation

This is the screen which you will see when you will enter into the patient creation option.

You have to fill all the details asked by the computer inside the screen .this screen contains option like

name ,address , date of birth , telephone no., address & other important details.

Display

When you will enter into the display section of the patient then a screen will open describing all the

names of patients . when you will enter into any of the patients name then you will see all the details of

that patient.

This is the details of the patient named “sheroj”.

Alter

This option is used to alter the previous created patient.

SEARCH

This screen is used to search any patient .this is the most important option of any clinic or any hospital.

This option give management the power to search the patient by its identities .

When you will enter into the search option then below screen will open

SEARCH

This screen is asking the user by which detail of the patient you want to search that patient .

User have to select one of the option from patient DOB, patient ID, patient mobile no., patient name,

patient state.

SEARCHING Patient by its DOB

Choose one of the required patient’s date of birth and press enter.

When you will enter into the date of birth you will see all the details of that patient.

SEARCHING Patient by its ID

Choose one of the patient’s ID and press enter.

When you will enter into the ID you will see all the details of that patient.

SEARCHING Patient by its mobile no.

Choose one of the patients mobile no.

When you will enter into the mobile no. You will see all the details of that patient.

SEARCHING Patient by its

state

Choose one of the state and press enter. After that you will see all the patients with same state .press

enter in one of the patient name .

After enter you will see all the details of that patient.

List of patients for which the medicine has not being dispatched.

Option :-

Date

Enter the date for which you want to see the patients list.

Period:-

Enter the two dates in between you want to see the patients list

Dispatch of medicine . in this accounting voucher is created for all the medicines given to the patients.

In this screen you have to enter the dates between which you want to see the new patients entered into

the clinic or hospital.

This screen show the amount collected by bank or cash by the clinic
