1. Login

1. Enter the below URL in internet explorer, the login screen will be displayed.

http://106.51.226.196:8090/sspk_secc/

2. Enter the Login ID and Password (provided by Administrator).

3. Click on login button, the home screen will be displayed.

2. Logout

1. Click on the Logout link in the menu items.

2. The login screen will be displayed.

3. Change Password

1. Click on the Change Password link in the menu items.

2. Enter current password.

3. Enter new password

4. Enter new password again in the Confirm Password box. Confirm Password should be

same as the new password.

5. Click on Change to change the password, confirmation window will be displayed.

6. Click on OK button, if the password was successfully changed the following message will

be displayed.

7. Logout and Login again with new password.

4. GP secretaries/Community organizers

1. Click on the Masters GP secretaries/community organizers link in the menu items,

the following screen will be displayed.

4.1 Entering new record 1. The user has to select the role for which the user has to make a new entry.

2. Select Role, for instance role as GP Secretaries/Community Organizers.

3. Click on New button, the screen will refresh and fields will be enabled.

4. Enter the name of the user, ex. user52

5. Select the District for the user, ex. Belgaum.

6. Select the Taluk for the user, ex. GOKAK.

7. Select the Gram panchayat for the user, ex. GOKAK(CMC).

8. Enter the login ID for user, ex. user52.

9. Enter the Joining Date for user, ex. 13-05-2015

10. If the user has left then enter the leaving Date for user.

11. If the user has not left then leaving date should be blank.

12. The leaving date for the user should be greater than the joining date for the user.

13. Enter the contact number of user.

14. Enter the Address of the user.

15. Enter the Email-ID of user.

16. After entering all the above details click on save button to save the new entry.

4.2 Editing record 1. The user has to select the role for which the user has to make a modification.

2. Select Role, for instance role as GP Secretaries/Community Organizers.

3. User has to select the user name for editing.

4. Select User, for instance user as user52.

5. Click on Edit button, the screen will refresh and fields will be enabled.

6. Change any of the enabled field data.

7. Click on save button, successful message will be displayed.

4.3 Deleting record 1. The user has to select the role for which the user has to make a deletion.

2. Select Role, for instance role as GP Secretaries/Community Organizers.

3. User has to select the user name for deleting.

4. Select User, for instance user as user52.

5. Click on Delete button, the screen will refresh and display successful delete message.

4.4 Block/Unblock record 1. The user has to select the role for which the user has to block/unblock.

2. Select Role, for instance role as GP Secretaries/Community Organizers.

3. User has to select the user name for block/unblock process.

4. Select User, for instance user as user52.

5. Click on Edit button, the screen will refresh and fields will be enabled.

6. Enter the block history/reason for the user.

7. Click on block/unblock button, successful message will be displayed.

5. Self-Help-Groups

1. Click on the Household Self-Help-Groups link in the menu items, the following screen

will be displayed.

5.1 Entering new record

1. The district, Taluk and gram panchayat/municipality will be auto filled and non editable.

2. Select Village/Ward, ex. CHAMUNDIBETTA.

3. Click on New button, the screen will refresh and fields will be enabled.

4. Enter the name of the SHG in English and Kannada, ex. Stree-shakthi group

5. Select the status, ex. Operational

6. Select the type, ex. Stree-shakthi group

7. If available, enter other field’s data.

17. Click on save button, successful message will be displayed.

5.2 Editing record

1. The district, Taluk and gram panchayat/municipality will be auto filled and non editable.

2. Select Village/Ward, ex. CHAMUNDIBETTA.

3. Select SHG, ex. Stree-shakthi group

4. Click on Edit button, the screen will refresh and fields will be enabled.

5. Change any of the enabled field data.

6. Click on save button, successful message will be displayed.

1. The district, Taluk and gram panchayat/municipality will be auto filled and non editable.

2. Select Village/Ward, ex. GOKAK(CMC)1.

3. Click on New button, the screen will refresh and fields will be enabled.

4. Enter Household number, ex. 1

5. Enter Name of the Head of the Household, ex. SHAMU RAMACHARYA HUBBALLI

6. Enter Survey date, ex. 10-06-2011

7. Enter Survey respondent name, ex. SHAMU RAMACHARYA HUBBALLI

8. Select religion, ex. Hindu

9. Select Caste category, ex. Minorities

10. Select Ownership of house, ex. Own

11. Select Type of house, ex. Pucca

6.1.2 Editing record

1. The district, Taluk and gram panchayat/municipality will be auto filled and non editable.

2. Select Village/Ward, ex. GOKAK(CMC)1.

3. Enter the Household number, ex. 1

4. Click on search button, the screen will refresh and if record is found data will be displayed.

5. Click on Edit button, the screen will refresh and fields will be enabled.

6. Change any of the enabled field data.

7. Click on save button, successful message will be displayed.

6.2 Household Members

1. Click on Members button in the Household Information screen, the following screen will

be displayed.

NOTE: For editing the Members, the household number should be searched and record

available.

6.2.1 Entering new record

Select Details in Member section

1. The district, Taluk and gram panchayat/municipality, Village/Ward, Household number,

registration number, name of the head of the household will be auto filled and non editable.

2. Click on New button, the screen will refresh and fields will be enabled.

3. Enter the name in English and kannada, ex. SHAMU RAMACHARYA HUBBALLI

4. Select relationship with household head, ex. Self

5. Select gender, ex. Male

6. Enter age, ex. 84

7. Enter Date of birth, ex.30-11-1926

8. Select marital status, ex. Married

9. Select highest education level completed, ex.Graduate

10. Disability type Ex. Blind

11. Click on the registration details

12. Upload the photo of the member using either of the below given options

13. Click on Working details.

14. Select Current Working Status as Unemployed/Non work. Fill the details and click

on Next button.

15. Fill the bank details if any i.e. Bank, branch, account number, address etc.,

16. Click on save button, successful message will be displayed.

6.2.2 Editing record

1. The district, Taluk and gram panchayat/municipality, Village/Ward, Household number,

registration number, name of the head of the household will be auto filled and non editable.

2. Select member, ex. SHAMU RAMACHARYA HUBBALLI, the screen will refresh and if record is

found data will be displayed.

3. Click on Edit button, the screen will refresh and fields will be enabled.

4. Change any of the enabled field data.

5. Click on save button, successful message will be displayed.

6.3 Individual Benefits

1. Click on Individual Benefits button in the Household Information screen, the following

screen will be displayed.

NOTE: For editing the individual benefits, the household number should be searched and record

available.

2. The district, Taluk and gram panchayat/municipality, Village/Ward, Household number,

registration number, name of the head of the household will be auto filled and non editable.

3. Select Benefit, ex. Benefits for persons with disability

4. Select Scheme, ex. Monthly pension scheme for persons with disability

5. Click on Edit button, the screen will refresh and fields will be enabled.

6. Select Status against each member, ex. SHAMU RAMACHARYA HUBBALLI – Interested in

obtaining, Eligible.

7. Click on save button, successful message will be displayed.

6.4 Registration

1. Go back to Members and select Registration Details

NOTE: For registration details, the household number should be searched and record available.

2. Click on Edit button, the screen will refresh and fields will be enabled.

6.4.1 Capture Photo

1. If the household head is physically present and not having a photograph, instruct him to stand in

front of the web camera.

2. Click on Capture photo button, the following screen will be displayed with the video in the lower

left corner of the screen.

3. Click on Take photo button, the photo will be captured and displayed on the top left of the

screen.

4. Click on Upload photo button, successful message will be displayed.

5. Click on Refresh button, to refresh the image in the registration details screen.

6.4.2 Or Scan Photo

1. If the household head is provided a photograph, place the photo on the scanner.

2. Click on Scan photo button, the following screen will be displayed.

3. Select File Acquire the screen will display the scanned image of the photograph.

4. Select File Upload Image… the screen will display successful message.

5. Click on Refresh button, to refresh the image in the registration details screen.

6.4.3 Generate Registration Number

1. Click on Generate Registration number button, the next registration number will be generated

and successful message will be displayed.

6.4.4 Print Registration Card

NOTE: Before printing the registration card; all the household details, member details should be

entered and photo scanned. Registration number should also be generated.

1. Click on Print Registration card button.

2. Right click and select Print Preview… from the menu or press Ctrl+P.

3. Turn off headers and footers in the print settings window.

4. Click on printer icon and select the printer.

5. Click on print button to send the output to the printer.

7. Facilitate Benefits

1. Click on the Facilitate Benefits link from the menu items, the following screen will be displayed

7.1.1 Editing the records

1. The district, Taluk and gram panchayat/municipality will be auto filled and non editable.

2. User has to select the village/Ward. Ex. GOKAK(CMC)1

3. User has to enter the household number. Ex. 1

4. Click on search link, the screen will be refreshed and if record found the name of the household

head will be populated and a record found successful message will be displayed.

5. If user has a registration number, user has to enter the registration number else blank.

6. User has to select the member Ex.SHAMU RAMACHARYA HUBBALLI

7. User has to select the Benefit. Ex. Benefits for persons with disability

8. Click on edit button, the screen will be refreshed and fields will be enabled.

9. User has to select the status. Ex. Enrolled-Obtained.

10. User has to enter the selected status description if any in the text field provided. Ex.Interested in

obtaining.

11. User has to choose the yes/no for the availability of documents.

12. User has to choose the yes/no for the availability of Card.

13. If user has a registration number, user has to enter the registration number else blank.

14. If user has the acknowledgement number then user has to enter the number else blank.

15. If user has the sanctioned/rejected number then user has to enter the number else blank.

16. If user has the application sanctioned date then user has to enter the date else blank.

17. If user has the application rejected date then user has to enter the date else blank.

18. User has to enter the application rejected reasons if the application is rejected.

19. If user has the due date for renewal then user has to enter the date else blank.

20. If user has the renewal remainder sent on date then user has to enter the date else blank.

21. If user has the renewed on date then user has to enter the date else blank.

22. User has to enter the remarks if any else blank.

23. Click on save button to save the records, the screen will refresh and display save successful

message.

24. Click on cancel button to cancel the changes made.

25. Click on the refresh button, the screen will refresh and if records available documents table will

be populated with the details such as document name, mandatory, submitted, scanned.

8. Application Forms 1. Login

2. Select Application Forms. Following page will be displayed.

Select district, Taluk and gram panchayat/municipality

Select Village/Ward, ex. GOKAK(CMC)1.

Enter Household number, ex. 1 and click on search.

The screen will refresh and if record is found data will be displayed.

3. On click of the member name the benefit-scheme application form for the member will be

generated. For ex: on click of the member name- SHAMU RAMCHARYA HUBBALLI the below

application form will be generated:

4. Once the application form is generated for print, the below screen will be displayed for the user

to update the result of the printing

5. On click of Yes option from the above, the user will be confirming the successful print & issue of

the application form & once done that the user will not be able to take the print again, as his

name will not be displayed as link anymore.

6. On click of No, the user can take the print of the application form again as hisissue & print of the

application form will not be confirmed.

9. Search 1. Login

2. Click on Search. Following page will be displayed.

Select district, Taluk and gram panchayat/municipality

Select Village/Ward, ex. GOKAK(CMC)1.

Enter Household number, ex. 1

The screen will refresh and if record is found data will be displayed.

10. Meetings

10.1 Meetings Details

1. Click on the Meetings from the menu, the following screen will be displayed.

10.1.1 Entering New Record

1. Select Type of Meeting: e.g.-Awareness camp 2. Select Location: District, Taluk Gram Panchayat, and Village, e.g.: Belgaum, Gokak, Gokak(CMC),

Gokak(CMC)1 3. Enter date and Search: e.g.: 07-2015

If record is not there then Select dropdown will not be populated.

If record is there then record is populated

4. To Enter New Record, Click New. The Screen will refresh and fields will be enabled 5. Enter chaired by, and their designation, Welcome note. 6. Default date will be populated. Enter the date of Meeting 7. Enter the starting and ending time of meeting 8. Enter the Agenda for meeting: E.g.- For Worker Benefits 9. Enter the Participants of Meetings: e.g.-

Government Representative

SHG Representative

MLA

Worker Representative 10. Enter the Discussion Details.

1. Enter Date; And Click on Search. 2. Select the Records and details are populated.

11. Message Board

1. Click on the Message Board , the following screen will be displayed

By default Received messages will be populated in the Message list.

2. When clicked on any of the received message - > Message details such as from user

1. Click on the first link to navigate to the initial/first list of messages in the message

list.

2. Click on the next link to navigate to the next list of messages in the message list.

3. Click on the previous link to navigate to the previous list of messages in the message

list.

4. Click on the last link to navigate to the last list of messages in the message list.

1.3 Composing a new message

1. Click on the new button. Fields will get enable to enter the records

2. Select the available users in the To-list.

3. Enter the subject and the message in the Subject and Message field.

1.4 Sending a message

1. Click on the send button to send the message. If message sent successfully you will get the success message as “Message sent successfully”.
