How to create a new user account
1. Visit http://www.pfgmoney.com.au/ website
2. For creating a user account/to login to the MoneyGram agent portal follow the steps described
below

Click MoneyGram, it will guide us to the login page of agent portal.
Place the pointer over the Login button,
it will expand and display available

Forgot Password?/Request a Login?
This option is for opening your account in MoneyGram agent portal. Click on Forgot Password?/Request
on the above option it will load the following window. Input your registered email
for retrieving the login details.

Once you enter your email address (Registered with PFG) correctly in the box, click Retrieve button. It
will generate the login details for first time login and the details will be sent to your registered email ID.
Logging in to your account

Enter the username and password received in your email ID for logging into the agent portal. Enter the
details correctly and click Login button.
Forgot password
If you forgot your password use the Forgot Password?/Request a Login? option. It will reset your
password and the new password will be sent to your registered email ID.
Change of agent email
When you have changed the email ID you should regenerate the login details before logging in.

Terms and Conditions for using the portal
When the user has successfully logged in, he needs to accept the Terms and Conditions for using the
portal. The user should read the terms and conditions and click Accept to reach home page.

Reports
When you click on the Reports option it will load the report generation page. In the report generation
page you can access the transaction reports and revenue reports. These reports are of a certain period
which is as per PFG Money policy.

TRANSACTION REPORT
When you click on the transaction report you can generate a transaction report for a given period (this
period is available as per PFG Money policy). For generating a report select Date From, To and click on
the Load Report button to generate a report for the selected period.

REVENUE REPORT
For creating revenue reports select any of the months available in the list and click Load Report

Learning Center
The learning center is a repository which contains various documents which is relevant to the business.
It contains help documents, legal documents, training materials etc.

Home button
When you click on the home button it will take you from any page to home page
Search
The search option is useful for locating a particular transaction using reference number.
Input the reference number you want to search and click Search to load the transaction details.

Settings
The settings contain options for showing agent profile details,
changing password, contacting us for sending mails to PFG Money directly
and option for Logging out.
Profile details
The Profile details will show the complete agent details registered with PFG Money. This contains
agents General details, Contact details, Deposit account details and agent Commission account details.
Change password
To change the existing password you can use the change password option.
When you change the current password you should follow the password policy
to choose a new password. The password policy is as follows.
1. One capital letter from: A to Z
2. One Small Letter from: a to z
3. One Number from: 0 to 9
4. Once Special Character from: @ _
5. Minimum 6 Character Length
E.g.: PFg12@

Contact us
When you click on the contact us option it will load the following dialog box. We can directly send a mail
to PFG Money regarding any queries. For sending a Mail to PFG Money, enter subject, input message
and click send to send the details to PFG.
Logout
When you click the logout option it will end the login session and log you out from the agent portal.
