1、Quick Setting Flow Parameters

The instrument is powered on, the following parameters can be

completed by setting the flow measurement.

2、Switching Screen

The instrument contains five daily information screen. Can through

the DISP key on the screen to switch between the various , also can

set parameters to make the automatic cycle show.

All the above screen may cause a slight change for parameter setting:

1. When the temperature or pressure input signal selection for "no", the

instrument automatically hide the picture of the temperature or pressure

display;

2. When the medium and compensation of choice for "no compensation", all

measurements showed only picture.

3. When the temperature input is disconnected, or when the

input exceeds the upper limit of

used to judge the compensation related parameters are set correctly. Please

compensation information".

3、Query history and power information

The instrument contains six historical information screen. Can through

the QUERY key on the screen to switch between the various.Can

always return measured value display screen.

3.1、Date Cumulant Query

This screen by pressing left and right to move the cursor, press

the numerical upper and lower keys can increase or decrease the

selected year, month and day. Select a different date, the title bar will

automatically display the current query is the cumulative flow what time.

You can query the cumulative flow of annual, monthly, daily in the

latest 3 years.

differential pressure sensor. Parameters typically sensors provide differential

In the formula is calculated according to the condition of density often

require the temperature, pressure and fluid type site, of course, can also be

a fixed density

The flow coefficient of unit conversion

For pulse input sensor, need unit and field measurement of the flow

coefficient of the factory calibration of flow units have different. Set the

instrument parameters, should be unified into a field unit for measuring the

flow unit. For example: the flow coefficient of the

sensor factory calibration is 32.1 pulses / L, the scene needs in accordance

with the cubic unit of measurement. You should set the parameters of

flow unit in the instrument settings for the M parameters fand /h, flow

coefficient is set to 32100 (pulse/ m3).

The density calculation

Saturation, superheated steam density, via the IAPWS-97 formula is

calculated bytemperature and pressure.

How to reset the current accumulated flow

As shown in Figure 5.1, set the " Reset Per " parameters for ON.

In the daily information screen press the button for 5 seconds. Or

" Com Reset " parameter is set to 2222.

This function is selection function,when user ordering chosen

alarm points, just open related functions. You can choose 2 alarm

points at most.

Alarm Mode

Choose high limit means corresponding measurement value

upper limit alarm, choose low limit means Corresponding

measurement value lower limit alarm.

Choose preset reset means preset output on the cumulative flow,

at the same time reset the cumulative value.

Choose preset not reset means preset output on the cumulative

flow, and does not change the cumulative value.

After set the alarm mode parameters, the alarm type is divided

into two types: Measured value upper and lower limit alarm and

preset output cumulative value alarm.

Sensitivity

In order to prevent measured values fluctuates near the alarm

set value caused alarm relay frequent action, according to need

to set an alarm to lift the epitaxial region.

Alarm delay

The range is 0~30 Sec, when set to 0 no alarm delay function.

When the measured value exceeds the alarm set value, it will

start the alarm delay, if during this time the measurements value is

always in a state of alarm, alarm delay over output alarm signal,

otherwise no output alarm signal.

Preset output cumulative value alarm

Preset output advance(Alarm Sensitivity)

When the alarm mode choice as the preset reset or preset not

reset, the alarm sensitivity to determine the output advance.

Preset output actuation time(Alarm Delay)

When the alarm mode choice as the preset reset or preset not

reset, the alarm delay to determine the actuation time, the unit is Sec.

When set to 0 No automatic recovery.

Example: Asked alarm 1 preset output, the target value is

12.35m³, the advance is 0.05m³.when the cumulative flow reached

12.30 m³, alarm 1 output close, automatic recovery 10 Sec later, At

the same time the cumulative reset.

Alarm 1 point should be set in parameter group: Value: 12.35,

Mode: Preset Reset, Sensitivity: 0.05, Delay: 10.

10、Sensor And System Error Correction

How To Use Correction Of Zero Point And Full Scale

The instrument's zero and full-scale correction is mainly used

for error correction of sensors and connection caused by. The

factory instrument itself precision is tested qualified.

When there are fixed deviation in the whole measuring

range measurement value, can use zero correction. For example, the

reference temperature is 20.0 ℃ , instrument display 20.3 ℃ ; the

reference temperature is 89.3 ℃ , instrument display 89.6 ℃ , can

be set the zero point to -0.3 ℃ . Zero correction value

= reference temperature- instrument temperature.

When the measured values closer to the greater the upper

range error, you can use full correction. Full correction before, should

first use zero correction will be zero alignment. Then set

the full correction: reference value divided by the meter display value.

The calculation formula for the instrument internal:

The final display value = (corrected before measurements + zero

correction value) * full correction value

flow rate of instantaneous quantity. Record the length of time depends on

the recording interval settings. The formula is as follows:
