Visitors’ experiences”I’m very, very impressed, I think it’s a scoop that theymade this event”
”Let’s keep it, it would befantastic to have such a place in Esbjerg, where it could be as accessible as this. It’s really good”
”Maybe it’s nostalgia, I’m elderlyand I remember a lot in the clips. It’s also fun to see how the new technology can be used in relation with history”
My Points
• Don’t underestimate your users
– they are your partners, but they can be your competitors too.
• Your users are not consumers anymore – they interact.
• Show that you are the expert – users like to hear your voice.
• Don’t be afraid of involving your users – but tell them how to interact
• Meet your users – conversation promotes understanding
