Duties and responsibilities during service

1. Take post in view and monitor all MBS delegates. Monitor those who come in and out in the service hall during services.

2. Greet, smile and make the delegates comfortable by welcoming them through shaking hands.

3. Informed them to wear their I.D’s inside the vicinity.

4. Instruct and lead the delegate’s if possible to occupy the vacant seats in front.

5. Use open palm when giving direction.

Duties and responsibilities during service

6. Monitor all MBS delegates who are possibly using cell phones or any gadgets during services and it will be confiscated in polite manner. Inform honor guards to do this task. (use confiscation form)

7. Apprehend or call the attention of the suspect and lead them in a specific area for confiscation.

8. Avoid verbal disagreements. (Scandal: Coat the attention of the public).

9. Instruct the delegates to keep silent and listen well during the service. Use hand sign when performing it.

10. Report all problems, disorder or violation, or any suspicious behavior during services to the SBO on duty.(eq. Salisi)

11. Be a good model to all delegates and gave or lead them an example.12. Avoid grouping during services stay on your specific area of

responsibilities. Do your best performance and be serious on your tasks.

13. Render and conduct praising during services.14. Be sure that in time of duty you must stand and stay on your specific

A.O.R.15. Inform and ask assistance to your duty officer, reliever when taking

break (Eq. C.R or any personal necessity).16. Don’t leave your post unless there’s a proper reliever. Ask assistance

on perspective honor guard on duty or any assigned co-duty.
