SAP delivers many exams within its own education centres and also at a worldwide network of partner test centres. A blended delivery approach where content can be authored once and made available in different channels provides business value for SAP and its ecosystem. Being a genuinely global company, means that people in a variety of geographies and languages need to be certified. SAP uses Questionmark’s Translation Management System to organize its translation of exams in up to 20 languages. This session will share experiences of delivering the same exams in different delivery channels, how this makes it practical and economical to have a multilingual and extensive portfolio of exams, and how this provides strategic value to the organisation.
