USING A QR CODE FOR A DIGITAL HALL PASS

Then your boss asks you who was out of your room during a given time frame…

So you try to find the records that you have somewhere if everyone managed to remember to write everything down during class while you were trying to teach bell to bell and the students were going to die if they couldn’t go to the bathroom…

Now the students do all the work and I have perfect records…

QR code reader (free app)

1. Sign in to your Google account.

2. Click on the waffle to open Google apps.

3. Click on the icon to open the Google drive.

4. Click on the “New” button, then “More.”

*This will give you the option to click on Google forms.

IT’S SO EASY TO DO…

1. Click on “Untitled form’ in the center of the page to manually change your title to “Digital Hall Pass.”

2. Click on “Untitled form’ at the top left of the page to automatically change your title to “Digital Hall Pass.”

3. You may wish to change the form description to your name.

1. Click on “Untitled Question’ in the center of the page to manually change your title to “First Name.”

2. Change “Multiple Choice” to “Short Answer.”3. Make the question “Required” for submission.

1. In a new tab, open a QR code generator. (goqr.me)2. Paste your shortened URL into the box.3. Click on “Shorten URL.”4. Copy the shortened URL.
