Using ERPsim BI

1. Load Excel 2. Go to Data > Get External Data > From Other Sources > From SQL Server

3. Server name: simsql2.ucc.uwm.edu,8080

4. Use the following user name and password a. User name: UWMGM6617$#, where $ = Team letter; # = position number (1 4) b. Password: ERPSIM (case sensitive)

5. Select the table you want to analyze from the ERPsim database

6. Choose whether you want to import it as a table, pivot table or pivot table/chart, and

perform analysis using Excel.

7. You can refresh data by manually clicking Refresh All on the Data > Connections tab,

or you can go to Data > Connections > Properties and set it to refresh every minute.
