Using the interface as an attendee

• Use “My Mood” feature to indicate questions, understanding, agreement/disagreement

• To avoid audio clashes try to wait until you are invited by name to use the mic

RecordingsAccessing Recordings• Recording is available 5 minutes (approx) after closing a webinar• Go to “My Webinar” account page - Past Webinars tab.

Sharing a Recording• Use the “Recording URL” link to share your recording with others • Add the link to an email, website etc or use the in-system “Invite

People” link to email the recording url

Managing recordings• View - preview the recording• Edit Settings - change the title or add a summary of the webinar• Viewers Report - see how many times your recording has been

viewed
