Maybe you dream of financial freedom and running a small business that will help you get there, but when it comes to pulling the trigger, you find yourself frozen in action

Or maybe you dream of having the energy and confidence that comes from taking better care of your body, and yet you still eat unhealthy food and never make time to work out

If you suspect a limiting belief may be holding you back, pay close attention. Because your beliefs drive your behavior

It doesn’t matter how much you say you want success, if you believe somewhere deep inside that success equals some kind of pain (loss of freedom, loss of time with your family, loss of love, rejection, embarrassment, vulnerability or shame), you will NOT let yourself do what it takes to succeed

PROGRAMMING, REPROGRAMING AND DEBUGGING THE MIND FOR WIN (SUCCESS) The great news is, your fix. 5 ways to program yourself to win

Step 1: recognize the obstacle/resistance and accept it with humility and trust the wisdom of one owns powerful CEO (subconscious mind) and master it

Step 2: Get specific what is the fear exactly interview your subconscious with genuine curiosity and compassion. Hear its case for its priceless wisdom, get details and applaud it before you judge it – In other words HONOR your self

Step 3: is to make a promise to yourself to make it out or work it out with yourself and your subconscious and not against it. By making this promise the tension is dissipated and therefore makes space to open up to fresher ideas/thinking/behavior amending.

In other words COMMIT to yourself

STEPS TO SUCCESS

Step 4; Get examples that are positive and douse the negative examples that persist in your subconscious. These could be people you know or famous people who have made it. The subconscious will do anything if you tell it that it is possible. The more examples you find the more it reinforces the positive idea

Step 5: Solidify and affirm e.g success increases my freedom in life. The more you ingrain it, the more you can capitalize in your own power and resources of your subconscious and facilitate or even augment its execution or materialisation or manifestation in reality Repeat the affirmation and remind yourself of this as often as possible.. When you wake up, between work and play (meditation times) before you go to sleep

CONCLUSION Sort of gentle introspection and wise way to win for yourself
