Prof Dr Abu Bakar Abdul Hamid holds a Bachelor in Business Administration as well as an MBA and PhD. He is
currently attached to the Faculty of Management, UTM Johor Bahru. areas of research interests. are supply chain management, marketing, logistics, purchasing, SMEs and e-commerce. He has published more than 100 articles in
journals, book chapters, monographs, proceedings and has been the editor-in-chief to several international journals.
Prof Abu Bakar is also engaged in consultation in the area of strategic business, marketing and supply chain
management and is a visiting professor to local and international universities. He has currently more than 20
years of teaching experience and has supervised numerous PhD as well as masters and bachelor degree students.
