PACIFICA

Pacifica

Pacifica would be the name of the utopia. The name symbolizes a calm and peaceful place. Pacifica would be located under water to limit the need for wars and invasions. The city would have reinforced glass to limit the risk of the glass breaking.

Currency

There would still be a currency in our utopia. The currency would be universal, and it would be in the form of holographic credits, to avoid the spread of germs through bills. They would be subtracted to an account linked to you at all times. The amount you get is dependent on what you do. Sure it would be unequal, but it would also make people work harder and contribute more to society with discoveries or improvements.

Rights

The citizens should have the right to work as equals. No smoking in public places. No cursing in public areas. No alcohol in public areas. No cars, only bicycles and/or public transportation. Offending or insulting anyone would result in serious consequences. Everyone is considered equal regardless of how they are like. If any of these rules are observed they are brought from the land down. However if they are broken then they go back up.

Law and Enforcement

Our Law and Enforcement be based on what you do. If you kill something there would be something equal to it or worse as punishment. We would take rules very seriously. Even little things like throwing trash on the streets would be considered major here. We would have police who would be augmented with cybernetics to make them better and risk the potential of them getting hurt and to be more prepared in case a situation arises

Education

The education in Arcadia would prepare you for the real world. It would be based on your skills and then you would go to a class that suits you. Education would take priority, everyone must go to school. If you have no skills, you will be taught something that the society needs. For those that have exceptional skills would be taken out on the field to do work.

Government

There would be anarchy in place of a government. The people would lead Arcadia without anyone telling them what to do. We would go to great lengths to avoid the use of coercion, violence, force and authority, while still producing a productive and desirable society. The government today isn’t cutting it with the whole phenomenon of the 99% versus the 1%. We would all work as equals with anarchy in place.

Security

Arcadia would require every household to carry scuba equipment and guns in case of invasion. For the security there would be qualified individuals known as Spectres who would be above the law and be required to keep the society safe regardless of what it takes. They would hunt down criminals and stop all illegal activities. The Spectres would need to have high morals and be incorruptible being watched for years and given special missions, maybe above from the utopia. We would also use soldiers that would be trained and given the best weapons. They would also use machines along with specially trained units as well
