Eligibility
The scholarship would be awarded to students who meet the criteria outlined below:• Be a citizen of Sri Lanka;• Have achieved an equivalent ATAR1 of at least 85 in previous studies used for entry
in the University;• Be enrolled, or eligible to enrol, full-time in an undergraduate degree course;• Have completed high schools studies at one of the schools in the list of
eligible Schools.

Admissions from previous studies used for
entry into the University.
Conditions
Duration: The Scholarship applies for the total duration of studies at UWA in the applicable course (as stated in student’s offer letter).
Load: The reduced fee only applies if students maintain a 100% load (normally 48 points), and will not be extended if a student does not complete within the total course duration stated on their offer letters.
Method of payment
The scholarship is:• Provided as a fee reduction towards
the recipient’s eligible course fees; and
• Applied to the recipient’s course fees in two equal instalments each year, one each semester.
Criteria for continuation
The recipient must:• Continue to meet the eligibility
requirements;• Remain enrolled full-time;• Make satisfactory progress in
accordance with the rules for the course for which the Scholarship is awarded; and
• Confirm twice annually, in the manner and by the dates specified by the University, that they continue to meet the eligibility requirements of the scholarship.
