UWS-CVC January workshop with Lester Lee presenting landscape techniques with watercolor Saturday, January 18, 2020 10:30-4:30 pm - lunch break 12:30-1:00 (BYO lunch & drink) Logan Library, Jim Bridger room, 255 N. Main Street, Logan, Ut. Attendees will be learning how to simplify difficult textures in nature ie., how to say what needs to be said in a painting without spelling it all out. Students can expect to paint along with the artist following a pre-sketch and analysis on a screen as practice, then work on their own doing something similar. The subject will be landscapes with a focal point. All photo references will be provided by the teacher, but students may wish to bring their own references for consultation purposes.
