The maintenance I Section. The introduction 1. The Romitan area is located in the centre of Bukhara area. The territory of Romitan area makes 1,29 soused км2. The area population makes 105,5 thousand persons. In area 2 cities (Ramiton, Gazli), 7 Descents of Rural Citizens (ССГ) are located. Ramiton - an administrative centre of Ramiton area. The city administratively shares on 6 mahalles. City building basically one-storied, According to committee on statistics for July, 1st, 2009 population density of Ramiton has made 353 foreheads/km2, the city population has made 13,0 thousand foreheads which live in 2 971 households. The number of families makes 3 600 units. The average size households - 4,8 people Ethnic structure is homogeneous - 97,5 % make Uzbeks.

The city of Romitan is the regional centre of Ramiton area. The city is located in 13 km from a line of the Damhodzhiy water pipe. In a city lives 13 thousand persons, it is captured by drinking water supply of 5,6 thousand persons or 43,2 %.

Besides, 1 rural settlement Tarnaut in which lives 1,15 thousand the persons which coverage of the population of 100 % is connected to system of water supply of a city.

Operating source of water supply of a city is the local underground water fence the area of 6,5 hectares, located within a city. Quality of water mismatches standard requirements. The water fence is constructed in 1965-70

Within the limits of the project the source of potable water of the city of Romitan accepts the Damhodzhi inter-regional water pipe.

Giving of Damhodzhi water is provided by the pumps established in reconstructed pump station Galaasija. For giving in the city of Romitan of Damhodzhi water building water water-connection D315 mm of 13,5 km is provided by extent.

On the existing knot of distribution of water of a city reconstruction of pump station of II lifting with installation modern энергосберегающих pumps with the frequency converter, reconstruction of technological communications, objects of power supply, a protection and illumination is provided. Building of one reservoir of clean water by capacity 1 000 м3 and hlorar on giphlorar calcium or sodium is provided.

In a city reconstruction of 14,9 km and building of a water supply system of 6,55 km is provided.

Course of performance of civil work

Works in district Ramitan it is carried out by Open Company company «Obi hayot Engineering» since November, 14th, 2010.

Work on reconstruction of system of water supply district Ramitan is organised well and it is on ending process.

Pipes which have been established in system of water supply of Ramitan: Pipes 50 dm - 1.44 km Pipes 110 dm - 16,81 km Pipes 160 dm - 1,85 km Pipes 225 dm - 0,35 km Pipes 250 dm - 1,56 km Pipes 315 dm - 13,9 km

Object of the full it is finished.

2. The city of Galaasija is the regional centre of Bukhara area, is located in 7 km from of Bukhara. 8 city lives 12,3 thousand persons, it is captured by drinking water supply of 12,3 thousand persons or 100 %.

Besides, 6 rural settlements in which lives 2,94 thousand persons are connected to a city water supply system, from them is captured by water supply of 0,74 thousand persons.

The source of drinking water supply accepts the Damhodzhinsky inter-regional waterpipe.

Within the limits of the project reconstruction existing water water-connection to Damhodzhinsky inter-regional waterpipe Д400 mm by extent of 150 m, knot of distribution of water and a city water supply system is provided.

On WDU building of two reservoir of clean water by capacity 1 000 м3 everyone, hlorar calcium or sodium and office-laboratory is provided.

Reconstruction of pump station of II lifting includes installation of two groups modern energy saving pumps: one with the frequency converter - for giving in a distributive network of a city, another - for giving of the average settlement expense on district Romitan WDC . Reconstruction includes also replacement/building of technological communications and objects of power supply.

In the city of Galaasija reconstruction of 29,15 km and building of a water supply system of 1,1 km is provided.

According to confirmed the schedule diagramme civil and erection works in district of Bukhara area of the city of Galaasija are carried out by the company of Open Company "Kimyohimoyata’minot" since October, 26th, 2010. Workers and cars-mechanisms are concentrated in software «Vodokanals» Bukhara area. Before beginning BIV on all streets warrants have been made.

For a half-year packing of pipes is executed on 87 %, installation of wells on 88 %, building АБК on 58 %, reconstruction pump on 62 %, buildings of 2 reservoir of clean water on 1000 м3 on 76,6 %, electric works on 76,6 %, a protection fence on 89 %.

3. The city of Gizhduvan is the regional centre of Gizhduvan area of the Bukhara area located on border with Navoi area. In a city lives 41,7 thousand persons, it is captured by drinking water supply of 19,1 thousand persons or 45,8 %. Office «Vodokanal» receives water from the Damhodzha waterpipe and uses water from the local underground water fence which quality of water mismatches the standard. The underground water fence and WDC of 10 hectares is constructed by a total area in 1964 in a northeast part of a city. On a water fence platform there is a mine well and 4 chinks (2 chinks are drilled in 1978 and 2 chinks - in 1992). On Knot of distribution of water is available: 2 reservoir of clean water in capacity on 500 м3 and pump station of II th lifting, constructed in 1964 - are in an emergency condition; 2 reservoir of clean water in capacity on 1 000 м3, pump station of II the lifting and hlorar, constructed in 1991 - are required their reconstruction, from 5 pumps works only 1, the process equipment Chlorination ной is absent. Pump station of pumping in a connection point to the Damhodzha water pipe and water waters from WDU «Gijduvan» to a point of connection of 1,7 km (diameter 300мм-0,6 km and diameter 200мм - 2 threads of 1,1 km everyone) are constructed by extent agricultural ways in 1994 and their reconstruction is required. From 42,4 km of water supply systems of district of 16,3 km steel and Asbestos-cement the water supply systems constructed in 1964 - 87 are in an emergency condition and their rerun is required. Course of performance of civil work Works in district Gizhduvan it is carried out by Open Company company «Obi Hayat Engineering» since December, 19th, 2012. Work on reconstruction of system of water supply district Gizhduvan is organized well. Pipes which have been established in system of water supply Gizhduvan: Pipes 500 dm – 0,6 км Pipes 315 dm – 0,63 км Pipes 450 dm – 0,04 км a) building of Knot of pumping - work are conducted: it is finished a bricklaying of walls a checkpoint. There is begun excavations a protection from ж/б panels, is established the base and modular ж/б panels. b) reconstruction of Knot of distribution of water - are conducted: - the reservoir of clean water in capacity on 3000 м3. Work is executed 87 %. Remained falling and a hydra of test. - reservoir of clean water in capacity on 1000 м3 - 2 pieces Are finished isolation works, clearing of internal surfaces by scrapers (a wall, plates, колоны), clearing of a bottom of the tank of a deposit, clearing of external surfaces by scrapers (a wall, plates), clearing of mortgage details by brushes, торкрет plaster internal plates cement to solutions, обмазочная isolation of a vertical concrete surface by fiber glass fabric on bitumen mastic. - Pump station. Finished internal and external plaster. Are conducted internal finishing work. - ALK. It is finished walls, a partition, overlapping, a roof, metal construction, floors, apertures. Are conducted internal and external furnish. - A protection from Ж/Б panels work going. It is finished excavations, it is established national teams ferro-concrete the base it is finished. 4. The city of Vabkent of 0,6 km from the Damhodzha inter-regional waterpipe. In a city

lives 16,7 thousand persons, it is captured by drinking water supply of 15,8 thousand

persons or 94,7 %. Besides, 12 rural settlements in which lives 5,16 thousand persons are

connected to a city water supply system, from them is captured by water supply of 3,1

thousand persons.

Office «Vodokanal» buys water from the Damhodzha waterpipe and uses water from the

local underground water fence which quality of water mismatches the standard.

Near to connection to the DamhodzhA waterpipe in 1999 the pump station has been

constructed agroways. The building is not completed and mismatches modern requirements.

In a building the pump which water water in a water supply system of Vabkent day because

of shortage of DamhodzhA water swings 1-2 hours water directly from Damhodzha is

established.

As a local water fence it is used two underground water fences:

The first water fence «Talkishmon» is constructed in 1974, the area of 10 hectares, located

in 8 km from a city. On a water fence there are 3 chinks equipped with pumps ETSV 10-120-

50 and ECV 12-160-65. From them 2 chinks, 1 chink without the pump and the transformer

work. Chinks are not fenced, there is no zone of sanitary protection.

In 6 km from a water fence the knot of distribution of water «Norchok» with two reservoir of

clean water in capacity on 1 000 м3 everyone and pump station is located. WDU it is

constructed in 1980г., hlorar it is not completed, the equipment is absent. In pump station of

II lifting from 6 pumps there is no. Water from a water fence «Talkishmon», passing WDU «

Norchok » moves directly in rural settlements of area and Babkent without disinfecting.

The second water fence «Markaz» is located within a city in northern part. The water fence

is constructed in 1968-75, the area of a water fence of 4 hectares. On a water fence there

are 6 chinks (from-them 5 - workers) and office building ПУ «Vodokanal». In territory of this

water fence in 1996 there has been begun building of two reservoir of clean water in

capacity on 2000 м3 and pump station of II lifting.

The bottoms of tanks have been filled in and there is begun installation стеновых panels. In

pump station of II lifting are constructed the base and walls. However, because of a lack of

means building has been stopped in 1999.

The bottoms of under construction tanks have cracked.

From 37,3 km of water supply systems of district of the metal water supply systems

constructed in 1966 of 27,13 km - 78 are in an emergency condition, their replacement is

required.

5. The settlement Jangibazar is the regional centre of Peshkunsky area.

In settlement lives 6,5 thousand persons, it is captured by drinking water supply of 4,8 thousand persons or 73,8 %.

Besides, 11 rural settlements in which lives 5,2 thousand persons are connected to system of water supply Jangibazar, from them is captured by water supply of 4 thousand persons.

Source of water supply of district and adjoining settlements is the water fence «Dedaroz» the area of 10 hectares, constructed in 1980. The water fence is located in 3 km from a city. Quality of water mismatches standard requirements.

On a water fence there are 3 chinks (all 3 work), reservoir of clean water in capacity 2 шт on 1 000 м3 everyone, pump station of II lifting and a building hlarator.

In pump station of II lifting from 5 pumps - 1 pump the worker, the others - have failed.

In a building Chlorination ной all process equipment has failed.

Potable water without disinfecting moves in a city network.

From 31,7км water supply systems of district of the metal water supply systems constructed in 1981 of 5,8 km - 87, are in an emergency condition, their replacement is required. Replacement of 6 km submitting water pipe from WDU to a ring network of district besides, is required.

6. Modernisation of the Inter-regional Damhodzhinsky waterpipe.

Existing capacities of knots of distribution of water and pipelines of the Damhodzhinsky waterpipe are constructed in 1993 - 1994 and their capacities are calculated on the admission of 300 thousand m3/days of potable water.

Pipelines and WDU are in a satisfactory condition.

Reconstruction of chinks of water intaking constructions is necessary for increase in giving of potable water and two hlorar on WDU «Kurpa» and «Navoi» for districts and rural settlements of Navoijsky and Bukhara areas.

The inter-regional waterpipe m3/days and extent pipe line in diameter 1400 mm of 294,4 km has been constructed by capacity of 215 thousand in 1993-94 for maintenance with qualitative potable water of districts and the rural settlements located along a line water water in the western areas Samarkand, and also in Navoijsky and Bukhara areas.

On water intaking constructions there are 95 chinks in which power-intensive pumps of Soviet manufacture ЭЦВ 12-160-65 or ЭЦВ 10-120-60 are established.

During operation since 1993, 21 chink has failed because of column or absence breakage дебита waters in chinks.

Besides, the part of chinks is not maintained because of absence hole the pumps.

Thus, now from 94 chinks on a water fence 66-68 chinks which provide giving 130 - 140 thousand m3/days of potable water work.

Maintained pumps after numerous repairs work not reliably, spend a significant amount of the electric power and often fail.

On a water fence there are groups of chinks of various productivity from 15 to 50 l/seconds Separate chinks are absolutely inefficient because of small дебита waters. For this reason

recommendations PO«Uzbekgidrogeologiya» about increase of efficiency and an intensification of work of a water fence are necessary.

Because of numerous high waters on the river Karadarja separate sites dams, roads and protections from a barbed wire along a water fence are destroyed.

Chinks are not equipped by hydrometers. The ultrasonic flowmeters established earlier on water waters have failed. Automation of objects of all complex of a waterpipe absolutely is absent.

Modular lines from each chink to pipe line are executed from steel the pipes, many of them have practically failed,

As a part of the Damhodzhinsky waterpipe is available two knots of distribution of water «Kurpa» (around Katakurgan) and «Navoi» (around Navoi) in which are available on 2 reservoir of clean water in capacity 5 000 м3 everyone, Chlorination on liquid chlorine, pump stations of own needs of knots and other subsidiary premises.

Chlorination are equipped old Soviet Chlorination which also often fail.

For these reasons, water delivery of an inter-regional waterpipe is not stable, the waterpipe works on 60 % from a designed capacity.


Civil and erection works of an inter-regional Damhodizhinsky waterpipe are carried out under the contract №2564/ICB/3-2 by Open Company company «Obi hayot Engineering» since December, 19th, 2012.

On water fence Damhodizhinsky Work on modernisation of an inter-regional Damhodizhinsky waterpipe is organised well.

Building experimental sites of water waste Gallery, it is executed excavations. Punching of the top part of a water reception pipe by a valley of 100 m, Д-1400 mm, a thickness of walls of 12 mm, quantity of apertures Д-10 mm-105 on 1 п/м. It is executed.

II section. Ecological monitoring

Measures on softening of ecological influence Romitansky area.

In a small hall regional hokimiyat the seminar has been held where all interested organisations, including mahalles committees have been invited. To all participants of meetings the essence of planned works on reconstruction of system of water supply of district Ramitan has been finished. Representatives mahalles were interested by a question: Where will take out the remained dust, after excavation of tranches. Plastic waste which are formed after the soldering of pipes, are stored in the container which is in software territory «Vodokanals». The expert in preservation of the environment and the expert in social questions also have taken part in the given meeting. The meeting purposes was to give a brief information on influences on activity environment under the project, management on environment protection, and also to create ecological monitoring groups. Now all waste collected on a building site daily it is taken out by special lorries to specially taken away dumps.

In territory WDU there is no building and household waste.

Antidust measures are spent by a method daily полива water of places where works on building and reconstruction are spent. With a view of noise decrease in vicinities of kindergartens it is used without the noisy technics. At night works stop.

Measures on softening of ecological influence of Peshkunsky area

In January, 27th, 2013, the meeting in WDU with attraction of heads mahalles, rural descents of citizens and software management «Vodokanal» area has been held. Are shined a question of realization of the project including necessary measures on environment protection at carrying out of civil work.

Directly on an input in WDC the special banner is established. On a banner it is possible to see the information on the project, including a date started and the terminations, the name of the contractor.

Antidust measures are spent by a method daily полива water of places where works on building and reconstruction are spent. With a view of noise decrease in vicinities of kindergartens it is used without the noisy technics. At night works stop.

At night all trenches and not mounted wells are protected for prevention casual проваливания in them people and livestock.

Flood of combustive-lubricating materials it is not observed.

Measures on softening of ecological influence Modernization of the Inter-regional Damhodizhinsky waterpipe

In territories special places for washing of workers with maintenance with soap, washing-up liquids and towels with a view of maintenance of corresponding sanitary-and-hygienic conditions are taken away. It is very good for health and a life of workers.

Workers live in the house belonging to special a carriage.

Creation of ecological group of monitoring on PIU is one of the basic conditions for full realisation of the planned actions for the project and realisation of measures on preservation of the environment and ecological monitoring.
