The next PTO meeting will be January 9th at 3:20pm in the Lake View teacher’s lounge/cafeteria. The 2nd 100% Celebration of the school year is taking place in mid-January. The 100% celebration will take place at the local bowling alley. If you would like to volunteer at this event look for a sign up sheet coming Home with your child during the first week back in January. The Scholastic book fair will be held this spring during the week of parent teacher conferences, March 17th-21st. Our Fall Scholastic book fair raised enough funds to purchase the core learning for the first grade teachers and to buy books of five for the second grade teachers to use in their classrooms with their students. We are already beginning to plan for the Spring Scholastic book fair in March. Please contact Julie Marsh our librarian directly if you are interest-ed in volunteering.
