There is no owner of V P G B C Is Registered under Society Act as a Club and

works in a complete Democratic Way. The Executive comity will be selected

by election and policies will be also decided by the means of votes .

What Does V P G B C Do?

It’s principle work is into Brokerage but also

Promotes all the Avenues of Real Estate Industry

How does it Work?

If any Member Globally goes to a Developer for a tie Up for sales then he registers everyone together

Broker will have a choice of products to sell Pan India and also International Products 80 % of the Brokerage goes in the account of an entity (broker) that has done the sales which is directly credited in the account of the broker from the company

20 % of the Brokerage goes in the account of V P G B C

What Does V P G B C do with 20% ?

20% will be used for combined Promotional Expenses to Generate Leads and Branding for Members in accordance to the percentage of contribution by the broker in the 20%

After the end of the year the balance amount will also be distributed back to the Members in accordance to the percentage of the contribution into the 20%

Another way of saying this is 80 % goes to the Account os the person who did the sale.

20% is in two break ups

5% goes to the consortiums Account15 % used to combined promotion to generate leadsIf after 1 yr there is balance amount left then one can withdraw the balance fund
