With a PIZZA PARTY DISCO!
Let’s decorate the hall in the morning. With a variety of materials.
Make your own disco props and jump into the photo booth.
For lunch you can enjoy the tasty sensation of pizza on your tongue.
Then get your groove on, with an afternoon disco. Party with your friends, and dance the arvo away.
Let the festivities begin! You are more then welcome to join us in dressing in festive colours. Wear a santa hat or become an
elf for the day. The choice is yours!
With a day full of Christmas surprises, crafts, games and more.
Make a gift for you or a friend and decorate the hall with Christmas delight.
Enjoy some Christmas science with an experiment or two.

Floating in the air.
So bring your Mum or Dad to join in Christmas breakfast with some festive delights.
We will play some reindeer games, make snowflakes and listen to the songs of Christmas.

Let’s bring in the new year with a party!
Make your own new year’s hat and Fire work picture.
And work on your own calendar that you can take home to mark special days, like your birthday,
Christmas and the last day of school.
Join in on some games and other activities or just chill with your
friends.

Come dressed ready to lounge in the sun like you’re on holiday on a tropical
island.
We will make our very own ocean in a bottle that you can take home, and
imagine you’re at the beach every day.
Enjoy making leis and dancing the hula with all your friends.
Water is the aim of the game!
Be prepared to get wet with a series of water activities.
Including the challenge of moving water using a cup without spilling a
drop.
Join in on a water fight, see who can stay the driest or get the wettest.
Challenge to pass the water bomb between each other only using your
elbows.
Let’s enjoy a movie and popcorn in the comfort of an
airconditioned cinema.
With the movie to be confirmed at a later date.
Can you blow a balloon around a maze using just a straw?
Test your skills at balloon tennis or volley ball.
How long can you keep the balloon off the ground?
Join a series of balloon race games.

workshop!
Have you always wanted to learn how to juggle?
How to spin a hula hoop around and around?
Well today’s your lucky day! We will be practicing these
skills throughout the day and you can showcase your tricks
in the afternoon.

A crime has been committed.
Come and section off the scene and put your detective
skills to the test.
In this make believe crime, will you run out of time?
to help us to find the criminal before they strike
again!
You are given the chance to learn all the skills and science needed to solve this puzzle.

Make space come to life in the safety of our hall.
We will have recyclable materials you can use to create your own planets,
aliens and jetpacks.

like this!
Fill out your passport in the morning and use this to help
you travel to multiple countries throughout the day.
Explore through different craft, games and tastes as you sample food and activities these places
are known for.
Don’t forget to get your passport stamped otherwise you may not make it through
customs!

TALENT SPOOKY FUN PUPPET SHOW FEAR FACTOR
The educators must be craaaazy because we will be holding a very, very messy
day!
Participate in squirt gun painting, paper mache and play dough making that you
can take home!
It’s probably a good idea not to wear your best clothes today but we will still be
providing paint shirts.
Good evening and welcome to Riverbank’s Got Talent!
Do you have a special talent? Would you like to be a star
for the day?
Then come on down to showcase your skills and abilities in front of your
peers!
We will have dress ups and props you can use but you may also bring your own
costumes for your performance.
If you do not want to share your amazing talents, sit back, relax and enjoy the
show!
Come dressed as a witch, wizard or scary creature because today we will be
making and creating some spooooky things!
Marshmallow ghosts, Paper cup spiders and
an ooey, gooey green drink to try if you’re brave enough!
Have you always wanted to wrap your friends up with
toilet paper? Well, today you can as we have a mummy
wrapping contest for you to compete in!
Let’s explore the wonderful world of puppetry!
With an opportunity to design, create and develop not only a puppet, but a character as a
whole.
In the afternoon, enjoy a fast-paced, hilarious puppet show!
You will also be making puppets out of paper!
We all have fears. Some are afraid of bugs,
others are afraid of snakes. Let’s conquer our fears
together today with some heart-racing activities!
We will be able to touch and get close with some
stick insects, scorpions and spiders through our “Bug’s
Business” workshop.
Can you handle putting your hand inside a mystery
box? Can you burst as many balloons as you can
at one time?

Let’s be sustainable to help our country strive.
Be creative and design your own craft using any leftover
materials from vacation care.
We will supply the tape, glue and a large variety of
materials and you can supply the creativity and
imagination.
AUSTRALIA DAY PUBLIC HOLIDAY
The time has come to say goodbye. Now let’s get
ready for school. So let’s start off by creating your very own pencil case.
Feel free to bring a bean bag or pillow and relax with
