Todd’s job is twofold, to connect hiring managers with the top Accounting & Finance talent in the Greater Seattle marketplace and to help the top talent identify the next steps of their career.    Before Vaco, Todd started his career as an Account Manager in the Bellevue, WA branch for a national Accounting & Finance specialty staffing firm.  Over the course of his five years with that company, he also worked out of the Raleigh, NC and Tampa, FL branches where he was eventually promoted to Market Manager for both the Accounting & Finance and Professional Staffing divisions.  During Todd’s tenure at his previous employer, he was awarded "Superstar" status. Previous to that he was the Branch Manager for an international general staffing firm, where he managed the Downtown Seattle Branch.

As a partner in the Technology group, Sean helps candidates and clients match the skill set to the position. 

Sean has over 14 years of recruiting, sales and sales management experience in the technology and consulting industry.  As an individual sales producer he has consistently managed over 30 consultants on multiple projects in the technology field. Sean was then promoted to create a military recruitment program for a multi-billion dollar firm to be rolled out nationally in the mid 90’s to target transitioning military personnel and their families for positions through the US.  He has held the various positions of Branch Manager, Regional Manager and Vice President of Recruiting and Sales for various Regional and National firms directly responsible for recruiting and sales within the technology and consulting field. Sean is currently a member of PMI, as well as a WTIA Member.

Barry's role as one of the founding Partners of the Seattle office varies depending on the need.  The goal of the office is to grow revenue without sacrificing customer service and quality, so he does whatever is needed to help with that goal. 

His duties are to establish and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.  Prior to his career at Vaco Seattle, Barry worked for a Top Ten IT Staffing company where his career culminated with him becoming one of the youngest Managing Directors in company history.  He has 10 years of consulting and staffing experience, has had the opportunity to fuel the growth of several new markets, and has helped acquire nearly 100 new accounts.  He has staffed some of the largest and fastest growing companies in the United States, and has solid expertise in candidate match and establishing staffing partnerships.

As a Sr. Recruiter with the Technology group, Denny is responsible for identifying qualified candidates for our client’s technology needs. He establishes relationships with the top IT talent in the greater Seattle area and assist them in finding a suitable company that matches their background, skill set and career aspirations. Denny’s strengths include building long lasting relationships and establishing a true partnership with his candidates/consultants. He is heavily involved in staffing for the telecommunications and e-commerce industries. Denny began his career in the staffing industry in Seattle with a multi-million dollar National IT Staffing firm placing high level IT consultants and engineers.  He quickly became a Top Producer and was responsible for the career development of new recruiters and developing Best Practices for talent acquisition.
