The digital pressure switch with energy saving function significantly reduces air consumption.
Operation principle
The switch keeps the vacuum pressure built up by the ejector, and stops evacuation when the set vacuum pressure is achieved, and resumes evacuation automatically when the vacuum pressure lowers.

9. Energy Saving Switch (2)
Settings
Adjustment of the following parameters may be required for proper operation of the energy saving function. (If the default values are suitable for application, the adjustment is unnecessary.)
Please control on and off of the vacuum break valve with external equipment.
Adjustment parameters
P_1: Vacuum pressure for suction confirmation (switch output ON)
--- Default value: -70kPa
H_1: Pressure variation when suction completes (switch output OFF)
--- Default value: 10kPa
H_2: Pressure drop variation when the supply valve is turned on
--- Default value: 5kPa
10. Precautions for Handling
Energy saving switch
1. Use under operating conditions with small vacuum leakage.
2. Sufficiently evaluate the pump before use.
3. The energy saving switch cannot be used in the vacuum pump system.
4. The combination of the actuation types of the supply valve and vacuum break valve is N.C./N.C. only.
Energize the self-holding type supply valve for 20ms at least.
When using the pump system, set the PS and PD pressures to 0.3MPa or less.
The filter case is made of resin. Do not apply excessive load to the piping of the vacuum piping port (V).
