Product Service Department

Call for pricing for all StarDental product service. Titan motor overhauls are available

as well as replacement of rotor assemblies. Product checkups are also available with

evaluation, testing, and repair. Titan Straight Nose Cones and Motor to Angle Adaptors

may be sent in for rebuilding and reconditioning. Estimate charges are waived when a

repair is authorized.

WARRANTY PERIOD ON REPAIRED PARTSWarranty Repairs: Parts repaired or replaced on a product that is in warranty will be warranted for the duration of that product’s original warranty.

Non-Warranty Repairs: The warranty on parts either repaired or replaced on an out-of-warranty product will cover the repaired part only and will be for the timeframe of a new parts warranty period.

To send in a StarDental repair, call customer service at 866-383-4636, option 2 and request a prepaid label. We can either fax a label to tape on a box or mail a prepaid label/box to you. UPS can pick it up at your office or you can drop it into a UPS box.

Policy• Claims for warranty repair must be accompanied by proof of purchase showing purchase date and serial number. A dealer

invoice is valid proof of purchase. • The nature of the specific repair requested must be shown on the purchase or repair order. If the specific repair is not defined,

StarDental will assume the item is to be restored to like new condition.• Repairs not listed in this section will be invoiced on a time and material basis.• Only the parts replaced during repair are covered under the warranty repair policy on the next page.• StarDental reserves the right to refuse repair of any product which has been altered by an unauthorized repair facility or

repaired using an unauthorized part.• StarDental will provide FREE 2nd Day Air Service upon completion of repair.
