Fill out as many messages as you want to send on the back of this sheet (Additional sheets can be found in the office) 2. Turn in completed form with your cash payment to your teacher or the office. *NO later than Wednesday 2/10* ($1 per candy gram/ 1 sheet = 4 candy grams ) That’s it!
