Schedule Appointments in Outlook
• Offer to schedule the first available appointment
• Office hours - EST, Monday 8:30 a.m. – 8:30 p.m. Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday; 8:a.m – 6 p.m. Friday 8:00 a.m. – 5 p.m.

• Go to File and Open
• To enter a new calendar, click on Other User’s Folder and enter the last name of consultant
• Go to drop down box and choose calendar.
• Choose date you want to schedule.
• Double click on time of desired appointment.
• Enter information.
• Save and Close.

Give participant the toll-free number and extension of the Telephonic Consultant.
Toll-free number: 866-675-6006
Instruct the participant to call the toll-free numbers at their scheduled appointment time.
