VALVESTHREADED, COMPRESSION, SWEAT SLIP

Use with:Hot or cold water, steam or gas Iron Pipe, Copper, PVC, CPVC and PexResidential, commercial or industrial applicationsThreaded, compression, sweat and Pex connections

Always check local building codesbefore starting any project.

SWEATFor use with copper (CxC or sweat).

A connection is made by heating the pipe and fitting and melting solder to seal any gaps and permanently join each surface.

THREADEDFor use with iron pipe, copper, PVC, CPVC.A connection is made by threading an adapter or pipe into a valve. Thread seal tape is applied to iron pipe threads before installing valve.

COMPRESSIONFor use with copper only.A connection is made without the use of solder. As the nut is tightened it compresses the washer around the tubing.

SLIPFor use with PVC and CPVC.A connection is made by slipping the valve onto the pipe and glued in place.
