• 3 Day Leadership Institute – Aligning our SIP with our new MMSD Framework• SMART Goals in both Math & Reading; Specific,
Measurable, Achievable, Realistic and Time-bound• MAP assessment as the metric for tracking
improvement• Specific Standards in Reading identified• Specific Strategies and Steps
• Full Day Leadership Team Meeting • Understanding goals and action steps based upon the
new Framework & continuation of drafting the SIP
