No Shows Are Nonrefundable: For all programs, participantswhose reservations are not cancelled with WorldVacationsby 5:00 pm Central Time of the third business day priorto departure will be considered no shows and will forfeitall monies paid (Saturday, Sunday, and legal holidays arenot considered business days).

Medical Exceptions: Medical exceptions may or may not beavailable based on the type of airfare purchased. Verifyapplicable policy at time of purchase. The operatingairline may grant a refund, less an administrative feebased on the airfare portion of package cancelled due todeath of passenger. A death certificate is required. Noexceptions of any kind (including medical) apply to theland portion of your package. All claims should beforwarded to WorldVacations Customer Relations.

Refund for Unused Features/Services: Tour vouchers or anyunused features are not exchangeable or refundable.

Car Rental Information: Each rental day is based on a 24-hourrental period beginning at the time you pick up your car.Drivers must have a valid national driver’s license and be 21years of age or older (25 or older for mini-buses). (AnInternational Driving Permit is required if thepassengers driver’s license is not in English). Taxes, LossDamage Waiver, Personal Accident Insurance, TheftProtection Coverage, applicable taxes for optionalservices, local taxes, airport service charges, additionaldriver charges, and drop off charges are not included.Gasoline is not included. If the car is returned with lessthan a full tank of gas, additional payment for gas will becollected upon the return of the car. Car rental vouchersare not refundable. The car rental company or tour operatoris not obligated to make partial refunds on unused servicesor apply any portion of the voucher to charges forgasoline, insurances or damages.

Hotel Accommodations: If a hotel change becomes necessary forany reason hotels substituted will be of similar quality tothose shown. Please note that throughout Canadarooms may be smaller than U.S. hotels and are generallynot available for check-in before 3:00 pm. Run of Houserooms may be located anywhere in the hotel. All hotelrooms have air conditioning, private bath, color TV,and phones unless otherwise noted in the hoteldescription. Hotels may charge for the use of some oftheir amenities such as health clubs, tennis, and golf;please contact your travel agent or WorldVacations fordetails.

Trip Cancellation/Interruption Trip Cost

Certain exclusions and limitations apply andare detailed in the Description of Coveragebrochure. For example, coverage does notapply to: any sickness or condition that existedduring the 60 days prior to the effective dateof the coverages (this exclusion is waived ifyou purchase coverage within two days ofyour initial deposit/payment for your tripand are not disabled from travel at the timeof your premium payment), suicide, normalpregnancy, war or any act of war, or mentalor nervous disorders. Other Covered Eventsinclude only those specified reasons that aredefined in the policy, such as: jury duty, ordestruction of your residence from a naturaldisaster. A traveling companion means aperson booked to share accommodationswith you in the same room during your trip.Sickness means an illness or disease of thebody which requires treatment by a physician- sickness of you, a traveling companion, orimmediate family member must commencewhile your insurance is in force. This plandoes not cover a loss that results from anillness, disease, or other condition (of you,an immediate family member, travelingcompanion, or business partner), event orcircumstance that occurs at a time when thisplan is not in force for you.
