PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND

In August 2016, Mr. Sabin joined SVN® | KOVA Naples as a Partner andManaging Broker and heads up the brokerage division in Naples. In his firstyear, SVN® | KOVA Naples was awarded their first CoStar Power BrokerAward for "2016 Top Firm Award“ and 2017 “Top Sales Transactions”. Agraduate of Western Michigan University, he began his commercial realestate career with Phoenix Properties in Kalamazoo Michigan. In 2005, herelocated to Naples and joined Cameron Real Estate Services, Inc. (CRES),where he established himself for 10 years. He specialized in commercialsales, leasing and property management. At CRES, he was the firms leadingLeasing and Sales agent numerous years compiling over $40m in salestransactions, hundreds of leases, and managed 18 commercial propertiesranging from office, retail, and industrial. In 2015, Costar named Todd, top 10Commercial Sales Agents in Southwest Florida. Todd previously served onthe Collier County Economic Development Center Business Recruitment andReal Estate Advisory Board, NABOR, NABOR Commercial Real EstateCommittee, and Florida Commercial Broker Network. While Todd is awayfrom the office, he currently coaches the Boys’ Varsity Soccer Team atCommunity School of Naples (CSN) and previously coached several NaplesSharks travel soccer teams from 2005-2011.

EDUCATION

Attended Western Michigan University (WMU) and holds a Bachelor’s Degreein Business Management, and Associates Degrees in Finance, Real Estate,and Psychology.
