DIL has a visibility of 250+ outlets of Pizza Hut, KFC, Costa, Vaango, and many other brands.

Restaurant is based on QSR(Quick Service Restaurant) Model.

To determine whether customer services have shown some

impact on the performance of Vaango restaurant.

Determine what criteria are important to consumers with respect to patronizing a fast food establishment.

How is the present customer service of the restaurant and what improvements can be made.

First, our team identified the problem of the decline in sales .We conducted primary research on Vaangorestaurant, as well as speaking to others on campus to determine the actual reason behind it.

We then created our problem statement.

We then created our research objectives, and created our survey with our objectives in mind.

We used convenience sampling, by handing out surveys to the students of our class and to our family friends.

We analyzed our data using SPSS software, which created our results so that we could determine our conclusions and recommendations.
