14 A WORD FROM CLIMB

When we launched our premiere issue of Climb Vantage last month, we didn’t know what to expect. What would our readers think? Would this be a “one and done” endeavor? The answer is in and we couldn’t be happier. The reader response has been overwhelmingly positive. From prospective buyers and current sellers, real estate agents, and within the real estate community, the praise has been extremely flattering. To say the least, we are extremely grateful, excited, but most of all, we are inspired. We are inspired to continually showcase premiere properties in a new and different medium.

Our team has assembled another monthly edition building on last month’s success. We’ve added more featured listing new homes from the entire Climb team. With Mission Bay as our focus this month, we’ve featured Mark Choey’s corner home at Arterra with an expansive deck that has one of the most stunning panoramic city views. We’ve committed Vantage to exploring the best new developments in San Francisco and this month, we’re focused on Madrone in Mission Bay. Finally, we’ve added a new section called the Rental View from our own Darcy Algeo.
