I would like to apply for a set back variancefor a 20' x 12'shed. There is a 10' xl2'shed now that will be removed.
The shed will be placed 25' from theChespeake Bay. 7' from my neighbor to thenorth of me, 59' from the road, and 20' frommy well.
Due to my handicapping conditions and age,placing the shed near Al Jones Dr. wouldcreate an unsafe access route for me. Also,Al Jones drainage is right by the streetwhere the county suggested I place the shed.That area is often extremely soggy from waterrun off from the road. The community hastried for several years to keep that areafrom flooding but nothing has worked.The area we're proposing would be minimallyeffected by the drainage and would allow meto access it when needed.
