Any action to set aside the will must be brought in the district court of said county within the later to occur of four months from the date of the second publi-cation of this notice or one month from the date of mailing of this notice to all heirs of the decedent and devisees under the will whose identities are reasonably ascertainable, or thereafter be forever barred. January 28, 2019 Meeting of the Clayton County Board of Supervisors at their office, 600 GunderRoad, Elkader, Iowa. Present: Steve Doeppke, Sharon Keehner, and Ray Peterson. Guests: Eli Garms, Linda Zuercher, Rafe Koopman, Myron Phelps, Brenda Murray, Tim Saterbak, Paul Berland, Lora Friest, Steve Holst, Andy Loan, Patti Ruff, Jean Gage, Sue Meyer, Jenna Pollock, Peg Con-nor, Myron Phelps, Sarah Moser. Keehner moved, Peterson seconded to approve the minutes of the January 21, 2019, meeting. Ayes: Keehner, Peterson. Abstain: Doeppke. Motion carried. Keehner moved, Doeppke seconded to approve the minutes of the January 25, 2019, meeting. Ayes: Doeppke, Keehner, Peterson. Motion carried. Doeppke moved, Keehner seconded to approve the renewal of a Class C Beer Per-mit with Sunday Sales for Kwik Star #711. Ayes: Doeppke, Keehner, Peterson. Motion carried. Keehner moved, Doeppke seconded to approve and authorize the chair to sign the Littleport Hwy project STBG-SWAP-CO22(89)--FG-22 contract. Ayes: Doeppke, Keehner, Peterson. Motion carried. The Board worked on the FY2020 Coun-ty Budget. Carson Eggland with Helping Services postponed due to weather. Tim Saterbak and Brenda Murray, with The Insurance Center, discussed possible benefitpackageswiththeBoard. Paul Berland and Lora Friest, with North-east Iowa Resource Conservation and De-velopment (RC&D) presented and made a FY2020 funding request. The Board attended the countywide safety meeting.
